I only lost 0.5 pounds, doesn't seem like much, but I took my measurements and took an inch off my arms, waist and hips. Legs and thighs are still the same, but that's where I put my fat first, which means it will be the last place it will be taken off. You're doing an awesome job and the weight is just a number!
BTW, saw the nutrional information on the Tomato Basil soup and found out:
1 cup = 270 calories, with 20 grams of FAT
That's 180 calories of fat in the soup. I couldn't believe it! Good thing you're not living next to a Byerly's!
