I would have, but I don't have ice cream here. I did opt for the yogurt over the chocolate pudding though. The salad would have gone bad too.

Today's weigh in was better than the other 2 I have had thus far. I am 157.6 woohoo. Finally a loss.. but it's still only 1.2 lbs loss for the month of February and it's nearing the end. :mad: Of course, I'll take what I can get..

Thanks everybody! I think the support I have been getting/giving here matched with a new outlook and attitude has helped me A LOT!! I just hope I don't bounce back to 159 tomorrow, because that's what I have been doing the last few weeks! Come on 155!!!!

Well, I haven't gotten in any exercise today (other than walking across campus to/from class).. I wonder if I should get on the treadmill now...

Thanks! I really like being in the classroom with the kids. They can be soo great when they want to be! Although I am lenient with some things, I will not budge on others.


I awoke today with my Weigh in for the Taxing Challenge which will also sort run into the Challenge with Nemesis. I took photos yesterday, and hope to have some good results by April for the end of one and beginning of another!

I weighed 157.2 this morning. Most days when I weigh in the 157's the next day I awake at 159, but 2 days in a row.. 157.6 & 157.2 BAM woohoo!!!
 
Great job!!! Any loss is an exciting one! Keep it up :) Good for you for getting on the treadmill too. Isn't it neat how giving support makes us feel better?

Yes, I have done 90% better during the time hubby has been gone than I thought. Thanks guys/Gals! Now, I just have to make it through my mom's "birthday" dinner tomorrow and day of shopping. I'm driving 3 hours to meet her tomorrow since Monday is her birthday.. She'll be 46!!

She lives about 4.5 hrs away so she'll be driving the short distance. I have an exam to do on british lit from 500-1500 BCE due Monday, and a transcript to do and paper to write in my linguistics class due Thursday! YIKES! I better get busy!
