Aww, sorry you're having such a hard time right now! But the week is almost over and good things are just a deep breath away. How 'bout treating yourself to a nice manicure? It's pretty cheap, will still look good when hubby returns, and in the meanwhile you can look down at your hands when you're feeling down and go "well, life kinda sucks right now...but damn my hands look pretty!"

you need a bag of carrots :) carrots always get me through snacky times.
they fill me up well quick and they make my jaw tired so then i dont feel like chewing and i feel full. and they have very few calories. hope you are feeling okay!!

I'm surprised I made it as long as I did on my HIIT. I have a terrible headache and have MAJOR cramping. I am almost in tears. I haven't had this kinda pain ever. OW!!!!!

I'm going to try for another 45 minutes later if my headache and this pain goes away some!

How much exercising are you doing a day? It sounds like a lot, which isn't bad... But to the point of pain? No, no no.

I should have clarified my pain is monthly pain.. . and now that I'm off the treadmill, NOTHING absolutely no pain at all (well, now it's a little)! I wonder if my sprinting was causing it to be worse?

Also, I don't do a lot of exercise per day. I try to do cardio 3 times per week with HIIT at least 2 of the times and that is normally 25 minutes max with the HIIT about 13-15 mins tops. Yesterday I jumped rope for 2 sets of 150 jumps.. about 3.30 minutes with 1 minute rest in between.. then I rode my bike about 20 minutes. I also had to hike up the hill to class, so that took about 10 minutes which was a nice little push.

I am strength training about 2-3 times per week MWF is my goal.

I still need to do my strength training today, so Maybe I'll do that and then do the treadmill some more... but just at a quick jog/walk.
 
May I suggest waiting till tomorrow to do any more workouts? At my time it makes things so much worse if I don't take it easy! You deserve too, so just rest!!:)
 
holy cow, I'm a motormouth.. 400 posts already.. WOW!

I really am feeling better some. There is very little pain now. I think doing some easier things will be ok.

Plus, tomorrow is WEIGH in day! I wanna be down this time. I have been up for every weigh in. :(
 
My calories for the day are WAYYYY low. I need a way to boost them up without having too much sodium or fat.

Any suggestions? Right now, it's 5pm and I'm having a dinner/lunch (since I awoke really late today), and my calories are around 650. Any suggestions?
 
If you like chciken (I love it) grab a peice of chicken breast(baked) (210 cals) I like apples and peanutbutter(190 cals)100 calorie pack snacks are good to.
 
How many cals do you have left to spread out over the night? Maybe grab a snack like an apple or some nuts and wait a little? Sometimes if I go a longer time without eating much I don't feel hungry...then as soon as I eat it's like the appitite kicks in - hard - and if I've "used up" my remaining cals on that one meal then it's either go hungry the rest of the night or end up grabbing something else afterwards and going over cal limit.
 
Well, since I over ate last night, I'm only wanting to push myself up to at least 1100. So I have about 450-500 cals to go. I just had lunch and am STUFFED!
