I'm currently following a high protein low cal eating plan. It's very hard to stck to but gets results. I go gym two or three times a week and walk on avg 7 miles a day. What you might call fat but fit.
My journey seriously began a year ago. Size 18 now 14. 12.7 stone now 11st. I would do really well then put weight on every school hol. Eating and not going gym. Now I will stay active around the house gardening cleaning and control my eating.
Being short means my bmr is around 1200 to lose a pound a week you need to consume or exercise to the tune of 500 less a day which makes daily cal intake very low and for most extreme but it's bcos of the height. Avg 2000 cals a day is for avg height person. For years I thought eating 1500 cals daily was losing but I never did I kept gaining at 300 cals over my bmr I can see how. I eat for nutrition as well and if I fancy something I wonder is it worth it. I hav ran an 8 min mile a 5k and a 10k. I have until march to b fit at 40. I want a healthy bmi so I can deter any health issues. My family hav bags of pills for diabetes blood pressure high cholesterol I'm healthy and want to give myself every chance to stay that way
Please join me if you need support or hav the same goals or stats. Look forward to posting my achievements. Thank you 4 reading. Next ones will be shorter just like me??
