I agree. Little pickers... Plus a real meal tends to get you more nutrition for your calories.So I think if I’m hungry just eat my proper meal and what I am allowed rather than picking at bits .
So far so good again today . Lots of fruit so far and yoghurt for breakfast . I made a pasta dish with a tomato based sauce ( I admit sauce was half a ready made tub ) , a big serving of spinach and a little grated cheese . I will eat a proper dinner again . I am miserable when hungry and I have way too much going on in life at the moment so I need to at least feel full and satisfied . Otherwise I will turn to the rubbish food .
