Yes really happy about the food choices . Today I had to do some banking and errands and didn’t get lunch . Went to the grocery store to pick up stuff for home and I just had a banana on the way home followed by crackers and tuna when I arrived home . Month ago I would probably have had low fat crisps ( yeah the still full of cals and left me with bad taste in mouth ) and probably a convenience sandwich to top it off . It’s just seems right not to eat it now . Hope will see the changes as summer nears .

Weather for us is lovely today . 17 celcius but for us that’s nearly getting onto a summers day lol
 
You are making so many more healthy choices, Petal. Isn't it great when you know that you have changed your default thinking? I love it when the temperature is just in the high teens Celsius or low 20s. Much of our climate is like that. The 30s are too hot for me.
 
Hi all
This week has been better with an ease off on the stress . I have walked lots and eaten well and just been busy really .
Did some mopping of floors yesterday and it counted as 16 mins of exercise which is hilarious as I went for a woodland stroll Tuesday and it counted as 1 min .
Not that that worries me because I was out walking with my dog and daughter and we were exploring and chatting and out for 2 hours . It’s all to do with the heart rate i guess . Last nights walk topped 60 mins so all is good .
Trying to stay positive and focused.
Not spending lots of time on screen as I’m waking later and just too tired at night .
I have been told twice this week I have lost weight so happy days and also that I look good ! Haven’t weighted in a while so will do soon . It just doesn’t feel like it’s something I need to do as happy with my walking and eating regular meals
 
As long as your happy with how you feel and how you look the scales don't matter one bit. Great job on all that walking and I'm glad your stress levels have gone down a bit.
 
I really agree with LaMa. My mom is 10 pounds lighter than me and is at least 2 dress sizes bigger than me and has no muscle tone at all, so it's really about healthy, not weight!!! It's so great to hear things are calming down and that you are taking such great care of yourself. Even if your tracker doesn't count your 1 hour walk, your body does!!!
 
I love reading about you being less stressed & going for walks. You have got me moving again, so thank you, Petal.
 
The walking does help . I am struggling with the stress but trying hard. Just did 30 mins yesterday and listened to my audio book was sorry when I had to go in but it's was getting dark and I had things to do.

The last 2 days have been really hectic. Today is catch up at home day as I have barely been here last 2 days. I bought some new clothes on Friday with some leftover Christmas vouchers I had . Had a day out with my sister yesterday which was good. Eating is ok just eating when I am hungry really .
 
Got some nice floral tops and a casual jacket to wear over them . Some black trousers also which I somehow managed to rip button off last night as they are side zip and I forgot there was a button lol . Will repair it later .
