I have something in mind for the new new version of my website.
I swear, I won't rip it down and I'll post it when I'm done.

Beside the website mad fit, I had a cruddy day.
Lots of bingeing.

I'm too embarassed to write down everything that went into my mouth today. I put it all on spark & I did ok on my calories, just between goals. I tried to make sure what I ate was healthy... but that out of control feeling of eating and eating and still not getting full really shook me up. I've not had a day like today in the 2 months since I started this.
I did all my tricks, I took a walk, I read, I went for a drive, I walked around the book store for a while, I even meditated but in the end I blew it.
Tomorrow will be better. Tomorrow has to be better.
