Hahahaha, I should get my lorikeet to do something like that - only knowing him he would just ring like a phone and poop on me :/
 
I definitely cant do the ex friend thing, it is way too annoying to be updated on crap like that--how hes so happy and how well hes doin....ect... but great job on the excersizing =-)

Hey P! just thought I'd stop by and play voyeur into somebody elses life. Ex's do suck, be glad you never had to ask a judge permission to not be with someone anymore. and when did design guy turn into a jerk? wtf, why are all the good ones a$$holes. why are all the nice ones gay. why are all the non committal low maintenance ones married? these are questions that are begging to be answered. I've noticed a trend the last few days. I wake up in a great mood but by the end of the day I feel a little down, like I want to cry but not really... just down. But I can't think of anything that's really bugging me, nothing big enough to warrant a boohoo fest. Weird, hope it's just a phase.

I squeezed right into my calorie goals today... just barely. Got all my water & a good amount of exercise.... I'd call it a good day. Yay! :D

Food & Activity:
Breakfast: leftover perogies, 18oz juice
Lunch: egg salad sandwich with 1 whole egg, 1 white, can of bean with bacon soup
Snack: ice cream :eek:
Supper: small steak, beef & mushroom rice, big salad with light ranch dressing
Snack: hot cocoa

Totals:
Calories (Goal 1640 - 1990): 1,976
Carbs (Goal 184 - 323): 279
Fat (Goal 36 - 77): 59
Protein (Goal 41 - 174): 83

Water (Goal 80 - 104oz): 100oz
Exercise:
1 mile walk in about 20 minutes

Dumbbell Side Bends: 2 set of 50 (still sore!! :cool:)
Dumbbell Biceps Curls: 2 set of 50
Lying Dumbbell Triceps Extensions: 2 sets of 50
Crunches: 2 set of 50

*OHD waves* :) Well, I'm DEFINITELY not a morning person. I'm typically a night owl, but I've found I can't hang like I used to...old age I guess. lol My brain kicks in around noonish and then I'm good til around 6. LMAO Geesh, old age sucks!

I'm going to have to agree with all the other former nightowls. I can no long make it barely past 10pm these days LOL. I'm still not a morning person, but sure as heck am not a nightowl either...I guess I like afternoons LOL.

I am my own worst critic. :mad:

I just spent the past 4 days & 3 hours today building a website... and I hated it and so took it down. Bleh, back at square one. I think thats whats been bugging me lately. I want this new site up and running but I just can't come up with a design that makes me happy, looks good & isn't too hard to maintain with a new dialy/weekly photo.

I'm a little blocked, any ideas to unclog a stuffy idea maker?... lol
