I've noticed a trend the last few days. I wake up in a great mood but by the end of the day I feel a little down, like I want to cry but not really... just
down. But I can't think of anything that's really bugging me, nothing big enough to warrant a boohoo fest. Weird, hope it's just a phase.
I squeezed right into my calorie goals today... just barely. Got all my water & a good amount of exercise.... I'd call it a good day. Yay!
Food & Activity:
Breakfast: leftover perogies, 18oz juice
Lunch: egg salad sandwich with 1 whole egg, 1 white, can of bean with bacon soup
Snack: ice cream
Supper: small steak, beef & mushroom rice, big salad with light ranch dressing
Snack: hot cocoa
