Oh I could just kick my own ass right now.
I did great today. I was right between calorie limits. Perfect... and then I cracked open the box of Dove mini ice cream thingys (which I had been craving since TOM came to visit

). I had room for wiggle.. so I had a whole serving. But then there was one little bar left after mom, dad & I had our serving. I split it with mom... and that is the 41 calories that put me over.


But I went with my dad for an evening walk. We did .91 miles at a very fast paced... actually,
I slowed him down!!

I'm so proud of my mom & dad, they're doing so well with this change. They made it so hard in the beginning, but they're starting to see a change in me, baggy clothes, still counting calories, ect. And now they're embracing it.. yay!!
Today, I put on a pair of jeans from a year ago (Laundry day is tomorrow, no clean clothes

) These were the only ones that fit when I started 2 months ago. The ones that I wore a hole into because the fabric just gave out one day.

And they were so big that I had to wear a belt cinched to Texas & a long tailed shirt to cover the extra fabric.
AND a mini milestone: I can wrap a bath sheet (those big ol' fluffy towels)around me again!! I got out of the shower & just wrapped it around me... it covered everything!!! No big gaps or exposed booty!! I had to run out and model the towel for my mom...lol

Breakfast: veggie soup, 6 crackers, 8oz milk
Lunch: 6" Rolly Polly Frech Twist wrap with honey mustard, 100 calorie pack of Oreo crisps, 1/2 orange Crystal Light (gave me a migraine - bleh!!)
Snack: 3 crackers
Supper: meatloaf, small baked potato with salsa & sour cream, corn on the cob with margarine, salad with ranch dressing
Dessert: 5 1/2 Dove mini ice cream thingys
