I'm with you on the water thing P, I totally didn't realize I was slaggin off till it was too late. Sleep tight! Don't let the bed bugs keep you up drinking and playing poker.
 
doing pretty good :0 but you gotta eat a little more calories to keep up with all that exercising you're doing! I don't want you withering away!
 
Evening everyone. Today was a total eat trash day. I don't think I did too horrible... just not the things I should have been eating. I spent the day with my cousin. She's on total bed rest until the baby comes in 2 weeks but having major nesting impulses so I was a nice cuz & helped out for the day. We got a bunch of cleaning done, went to lunch, bathed her dogs and just hung out. I got no exercise & the stupid blister on my right foot is looking nasty.

Nice.

Oh!.. and I forgot to weigh in, guess I'll do it tomorrow morning.

Good for you helping out , probably burned a few cal washing dogs lol. I recall having to do my german shepards - used to take an hour and end up cleaning everything else as well as the dogs :D
 
Oh my gosh - one is a big ol' chocolate lab, one of us had to hold his head and forcibly keep him in the tub while the other scrubbed. Then he jumped out & got water all over the bathroom. My pants are still wet..lol. That HAD to burn something.
 
Sounds like cleaning house and bathing the dog WAS your workout for today! So don't feel bad! :)
 
I always feel like I'm burning tons of cals cleaning house...of course when your house is as messy as mine...I guess I bring it on myself.

Have a good weekend if I don't make it in to the office...(yeah right, I'll be here all weekend most likely).

The doctor's appointment went well. No allergy shots - yay! But he wants to reevaluate in 6 months. Ok, fine by me. He was doing to standard exam when he glanced at my current & past weight. And then the biggest smile came across his face. Lost 30lb?... no, 35 actually. I told him that the asthma has let up and I'm up to 1+ miles everyday. He was so happy - practically dancing.. lol. This guy is so cute, I just want to shove him in my pocket and run away. Made my day.

I was so naughty with my food today, ate what want, how much I wanted & when. I didn't care - it was my free day I said... then I plugged in my calories for the day. I was within range!! I think this stuff may be sinking in! :eek: Actually - I was on the low side of my range but I had a snack after supper. Needed some veg.

Food & Activity:
Breakfast: Yogurt
Lunch: 1/2 plate of chinese (garlic chicken) with rice, hot sour soup, 1 fortune cookie
Snack: 1/2 bagel with cream cheese
Supper: the other half of my chinese, steamed rice
Snack: cauliflower with ranch dressing

Totals:
Calories (Goal 1640 - 1990): 1,963
Carbs (Goal 184 - 323): 267
Fat (Goal 36 - 77): 54
Protein (Goal 41 - 174): 99

Water: 104oz
Exercise: none :p

It's raining right now, I have this urge to go open my window.

Its weird how you end up just getting used to your diet and end up naturally making the best choice eh. I can go a few days without fitday now and when entering stuff later more often than not im under or dead on, its great!
