I got my eating under control today. No bingeing at all, I kept myself busy. I think it's time to retire the ducky bong - the munchies are killing all my good habits!... lol.
Tomorrow is weigh in.

I'm crossing my fingers and toes and everything else that I break 300lb. Not sure it will happen since I had such a rough week but heres hoping. I'm going to hop in bed early tonight. The scale seems so much friendlier if I go to bed earlier on Thursdays. It feels like xmas, tingly anticipation of my first mini goal.. Eeee!!! *girly squeal*
