hey peq, wow, i want a hottie to be mowing the lawn-but i live in an appt. complex, which means old fat men are doing the lawn-gross. but at least you have a VERY nice piece of hot motivation to get you moving outside ;-).

plus, definitely gotta give you props on tellin the ex to piss off, there is a great saying i have heard from many a woman that goes "EX MEANS X!" i have found it easiest to say bugger off and that be that, usually is the best way to start over!

Hey hun sorry its been so long, just took me 10 minutes to read what I've missed...damn druggies lol... So tell me bout the guy...did he smile, wave, cut his foot off with the mower cuz he couldn't stop staring at you? lol.... Yeah I know all bout the pet farting in the face thing cuz of my cat or if I buy him moist cat food he'll eat the smelly stuff and then want to come cuddle my face...bleh! Sounds like your doing awesome though... With the interent dating thing I've tried it (remember Tall Guy?!) and all I've found were losers who were too cheap to go out on a real date. I've never had the dinner and a movie date or anything like that....it's wanna come over and watch a movie and makeout....not my thing anymore... I want a REAL man. Since when has dating become "how fast can I get into your pants?"... oh yeah well theres my rant for the night....have a good one, maybe talk to you in an hour after my bath :)

I can't think of anything bad to say about my day so all in all it was really good day! Yay!

Well.. except the dogs are not alound anywhere near my room while I'm doing Yoga. That's my big lesson for the day.

The friend that wasn't talking to me but who is now talking again called. I told her what all I've been up to and how much I've lost - she seemed really impressed. We've been friends since 1st grade and god help me, I love her but I think she was more impressed with the Yoga and my rediscovered ability to do the splits. Yes, she's gay - not I'm not. I can only imagine what was going through her dirty dirty mind..lol.

Food & Activity:
Breakfast: Strawberry Kiwi Yogurt
Lunch: Fried green tomatoes made with minimal olive oil, 1 biscuit, 1/2c. cottage cheese
Snack: Iced milk with coffee crystals & caramel, 5 mini toasts, 10 pepperoni slices
Supper: Broiled fish with spanish rice & corn

Man when i think back, your exercise has so gone up a heap,

watching your exercise makes me tired. I just read your exercise and makes me think I wasted all that money on the weight set. Though I still get up and change the TV by hand; when I cant find the remote ;)

your doing great, but you knew that right?????

Oh I'm so sorry you had to go through that pequin! In your face too! :p Dog farts are the worst smell ever! My guy hasn't quite mastered the art of the hit-and-run yet. He does however look like he knows what an awful thing he has done afterwards! ;)
