Wrist Curls: 50 reps.
Bicep curls: 50 reps.
Tricep curls: 50 reps.
Hammer Curls: 50 reps.
Dumbell Rows: 50 reps.
Shrugs: 50 reps.
Tricep Kick Backs: 50 reps.
Thats nothing, I had to get up and change the tv by hand.... twice... lol
