Hi everyone, those of you who have been reading my diary are already aware that it's been difficult for me to get into a proper routine this past week or so as I was away.
But I'm back now, with avengence!
Except... I'm wondering if my pedometre isn't playing up. I've been doing between 6,000 and 9,000 per day and suddenly, this evening, it's showing me 2,982
I know this is going to seem like a silly question - after all it's not called a pedometre for nothing - but does everyone wear it around their ankle? Do you ever have dodgy readings? Is it better to wear it on the inside of the ankle or the outside? (Sorry for these daft questions, but I don't have the instruction booklet). Thanks for your advice.
