Well, today is the last day of week one of my 6 week body makeover. I have lost 6.6 pounds (not counting today). :happy: Next Wednesday AM I have to post my 2 week progress pics so hopefully I will be able to do well this week AND while I'm in Vegas over the weekend.
The past couple of days have been a little difficult because of some family issues but they are solved now I think and I'm ready to get back on track... I need to go to the grocery store... I HATE the grocery store.
Yesterday I didn't eat enough because of the family issues. Today, we had to take a little road trip with the fam and they all wanted to eat at Carl's Jr. WOW! Didn't think I'd be able to eat anything there and I WAS STARVING! But I was ready to just starve lol... then I looked at the nutrition guidelines and found the Grilled BBQ Chicken sandwich. It only had 4.5 grams of fat in it and was on a wheat bun so I decided to have that with some water. Besides that, today I have had a banana and some edamame and, for some reason, I am feeling like a fatty.
