LOL sounds good! Ha! I'm not even paying attention to this lady... too many other things going on today to focus on class... I'm not even hungry today... stress is a DEFINITE way to lose some weight! ;)

Thank you so much for the invite to the Vegas challenge. I'm not sure I can partake though just because by November my schedule is going to be so crazy between work, Nursing school and clinicals, etc. It sounds like a great idea and I bet it would be a blast:)

Day 7- Week 1- 6 Week Body Makeover

Well, today is the last day of week one of my 6 week body makeover. I have lost 6.6 pounds (not counting today). :happy: Next Wednesday AM I have to post my 2 week progress pics so hopefully I will be able to do well this week AND while I'm in Vegas over the weekend.
The past couple of days have been a little difficult because of some family issues but they are solved now I think and I'm ready to get back on track... I need to go to the grocery store... I HATE the grocery store.

Yesterday I didn't eat enough because of the family issues. Today, we had to take a little road trip with the fam and they all wanted to eat at Carl's Jr. WOW! Didn't think I'd be able to eat anything there and I WAS STARVING! But I was ready to just starve lol... then I looked at the nutrition guidelines and found the Grilled BBQ Chicken sandwich. It only had 4.5 grams of fat in it and was on a wheat bun so I decided to have that with some water. Besides that, today I have had a banana and some edamame and, for some reason, I am feeling like a fatty. :eek:/ Not sure what's up...

Well off to everyone else's diaries... Hope all is well!

Starting Weight = 162
Current Weight = 155.4
Goal Weight = 130
Weight Loss So Far = 6.6
21% towards goal

WOW you really DID a GREAT JOB at CARL's there......WHEAT BUN ? @ CARLS....I'm AMAZED!!!! SOUNDS like you are ON A ROLL!!!! I'm STILLLL GAME to BEAT you though.......EVEN THOUGH you HAVE WAYYYYYY more MUSCLE mass than I DO...;)..

I hate when the FATTY fatty 2 x 4 feeling KICKS in though....must have been the CARLS junior LABEL only......like really.....right?!?!!! CARLS used to be PUREEEE fatty ONLY!!! GOOD for them INCORPORATING some HEALTHY.......see........CARL's JR. doesn't want ALL of their CUSTOMERs to DIE with BAD eating CHOICES!!! :smilielol5:
 
Thanks Alta! I was surprised at Carl's too... I definitely won't make it a daily thing but, just for the record, the BBQ chicken wasn't half bad. :)

Thanks for the compliment about the muscle... sometimes it's a curse lol... We're going to be HOT in VEGAS though right!?

I have come to the decision that THE MORNING I wake up without a drop in the scales, I will have to hit the cardio.... I have a feeling it will be tomorrow. This pound a day weight loss is too good to last and I'm feeling the ending!

Feel like a fat a** today...
For dinner:
Salmon
Brown Rice
Green Veggies
Mixed fruit

Off to the grocery store...
 
A lb. a DAY IS UNHEARD of......WOW.....I WISH it was HAPPENING to me!!!!

SHhhhhesss!!! AND I SEE and HEAR of no FAT A** around in this DIARY!!! KEEP up the GOOD food choices and CONGRATS woman on all that LOSS!!!

Good job girlie! You diet sounds fantastically healthy and delicious. It's awesome that you are able to stick to the plan and reap the benefits. Way to go! I'll update my ticker tomorrow but today was 155.8lbs...neck and neck baby.

Thanks girl! Everyone in my family LOVES fish so it's nice because it fits into my diet AND the entire family can enjoy the same meal. :)
 
Day 10- Week 2- 6 Week Body Makeover

Okay, the last few days have been a little rough dealing with the ex and my lack of consistancy is showing. I'm kinda pissed at myself cuz this stuff is always going to come up in life and I should be able to control my weight during it.

I haven't lost any weight in the last two days and I completely blew my diet yesterday. I haven't been focused at all and the food has been winning...

SLACK TIME OVER! I have to take pics for my 2 week update next wednesday and I'm afraid no one is going to even be able to tell a difference so I've gotta bust my a** for the next 5 days. Got up and did 30 minutes of cardio/lunges/pushups this morning...

In addition to everything I don't know if we're going to Vegas because my husband is so behind in work... :(

Well off to everyone's diaries! Have a great "weight loss" day everyone! :D

PS Is anyone else having trouble viewing icons? Mine are all X's.
