Hullo, I like to do things "OTHERLY". That is, for instance, to take a different route on my way home, to write a blog, when I should be working, or to work when I should be sleeping, or to write two diaries instead of one.
I studied literature, but I never really studied English. Excuse my French then, please, If I use some inappropriate words or syntax.
I am frustrated when I cannot express myself as clearly as in my native tongue, but I was frustrated even more, when I woke up at 2AM every night for a fridge raid.
I was 112kg 10 days ago, November 7th, 2017. I want to remember the date, as a day, when I started my (475th) ultimate attempt to lose some weight and get a life energy.
I do not eat at night, anymore, I eat 3-5 times a day, and I started to move a little as well.
In other words, I am ready to apply all the information about healthy life style I learned so far.
And I am adding one more ingredient, which I missed in my previous 474 attempts - a proper attention. That's why I am starting my second diary already (one is in this forum and one elsewhere). Both are little different, and both are supposed to help me stay focused on my goal - being under 88kg on the day of my birthday this year. So if I do not write one post a day at least, you can be sure I lost my focus, and I am having a burger in a fast food restaurant.
As it is described in the story of two wolves. One is bad, one is good. Which one will wind in the end?
