Hello everyone,
Well I've just introduced myself on the newcomers forum, so sorry if I repeat myself for anyone who has read that...
My name is Pip, I live in an agricultural town in England (well technically it's a city) where I'm surrounded by cows and apples. I am 22yrs old, 5ft 10 and currently weigh 255llbs. At my heaviest I was 270llbs so even with my limited maths skills, I've lost 15llbs and counting. My ultimate goal would be about 180llbs, but I'm gonna break that down into bitesize (pun absolutely intended) goals so I don't get distracted. My first goal will be 230llbs, hence 25llbs away from what I am now.
I have been going to the gym 2-3 times a week, with the occasional 'Body Pump' group class which, by the way, really really hurts for days after
On top of this I am drinking lots of water and watching what I'm eating. I know I have a tendency to become a tad obsessed with things, and have already found that some days I am undereating. I know at the end of the day this will actually hinder my weight loss, but it's a mental battle I need to overcome. Does anyone else do this??
I'm feeling really motivated at the moment and can't wait to continue on my weight loss journey with the support of all you guys. Please do introduce yourself, I don't bite...hard. Good luck to everyone else and I hope you keep up with my diary.
Here we go.............

Once you get to the point where you can help train others you'll be a Jedi Master! lol That's what I'm shooting for. David Smith lost 400 lbs in 4 years and is now a personal trainer! He started out at 630 lbs and is now fit and training others! Talking about going from Padawan to Jedi Master! Amazing!
