So Out Of Focus

I'm so out of focus. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A couple of you said its not easy to take time off & it has really hurt me. I had 3 Mounds bars & a bag of M&Ms today. I'm just having a hard time getting going.

I'm going to try to post everyday, even though I don't have my own computer anymore.

Chip, glad to hear its not just me whos been struggling. My wife had her B-day Sat. We celebrated it on Friday, so I ate lots....then, her real B-day was Sat....so I ate lots...then Sunday some family came over.....so I ate lots. I weighed myself Sunday night at like 214 up from 205. I was bummed but new I deserved it. Luckily though it was for the most part water weight cause I got back on track and it all dropped off now I'm 203...its amazing how much your weight can fluctuate between dieting and gorging.

Point is, get back on track, the weight will drop off. Are you still running? We have faith in you! :cool:
 
moabnut, I know I need to get back on track & I mean to every day & every meal. I just don't. I have been doing my jogging. Only 2 or 3 days a week.

Now for what I ate bad today. Two Almond Joys, a Chocolate Bar & some M&Ms.

I am going to get on track tomorrow.

Ate the best I have in a long time. Doesn't mean it was good.

Ate - 6 Drumetts, 1 1/2 Cup Orange Chicken, 1/2 Cup Mashed Potatoes, Gravy, 1/4 Cup Rice, roll, 4 Oz Meatloaf, 3 chicken nuggets, BBQ Sauce, 1 Brownie, 1/2 Cup Ice Cream

What can I say at least if I write it down I can't lie to myself.

I do think I'm about ready to turn the corner & start doing good again.

No sugar today

I made a day with out sugar. Stayed within my calories finally, but Im HUNGRY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

FOOD TODAY - oatmeal 240 cal., blueberries 25 cal. , broiled fish of some kind 240 cal., rice 100 cal., biggest loser chili 800 cal., frech bread 150 cal.

total - 1,550 calories:eek:

A Good Day

Had a good day, though very very hungry. Did not have any sugar, so thats 2 days in a row. It has been very hard to start over.

Todays Weight - 237.00 Lbs.
Todays Weight loss - 2.00 Lbs.

Jogging - 4.6 Miles 1:02:48

Food - Egg - 80 / cheese - 60 / 2 toast - 200 /
salsa - 25 / Doc's chili (from the biggest loser) - 240 / blueberries - 50 / grapes - 160

Total Calories - 815

No wonder I'm hungry

Got up 5:30 & did my jog. I love when I get it done this soon in the day. Morning is such a quiet peaceful time of day to exercise.

Hey Chip! I was up with the chickens too. I agree morning exercise is nice if it's cooler out, but today is hot and humid already, so I went to the gym. Ya' drinking yer H2o? :D :D :D

beachcomergal, Can't relate to hot and humid, here it Lancaster, Ca. its hot & dry. Even though its not hot yet only around 80. I drink so much water I feal like a fish.

Ran up the water tower hill.

You lost ten pounds in a week??? WOW!!! I'm going to start more attention to what you're doing. It's gotta be that running, right?
 
Ocire, You have to remember I had really been struggling for a long time, I had gained around 20 Lbs. So it was like starting a diet all over again. When you first start a diet you lose a lot more weight than any other time when your on a diet.

This is a estimate but I think a pretty good guess.

Other wise a good day, seem to be on all cylinders again. THINK GOD!!!

Glad to see you back on track Chip. Its funny talking about how much you lose starting a diet. I go off and on so much my chart is starting to look like a roller coaster. After a weekend of eating a lot I will have gained 10 or more lbs. After getting back on my diet I will shed it all within 3 days. Sunday night I was about 210, now Im 202. Im looking forward to meeting you on the other side of 200! :cool:

redneckwoman66, Thanks for posting. You made me get off my behind & get back to work. I will weigh in on Monday 5/22/06.

I can finally relate to people that have to work hard all day & then go out & exercise. The last couple of week I have been getting my house ready to sell. So every minute I have been working on it. I just could not get out & do my exercise or eat right. Great excuse (not). I do understand how hard it is for people to get out when they are exhausted from their day of work. I usually do no manual labor. I should be done with the house by Sunday night.

We did put it up for sale today.

Great news I got my laptop computer back yesterday (only $140.00), so now I can be on the computer whenever I want. I guess I have never learned to share.
