Your doing great!! And I wouldn't be too disappointed with the 1.25 loss.. I'd be happy with it.. lol I think the most I've ever lose in a week is 4 lbs lol usually a lb on a good week maybe 2.. lol Your doing awesome!!!!

I blew it

Had my first rough day today. We went to Claim Jumper & my family ordered a appitiser, that had really great things on it. I did not have anything. But for dinner I had a steak, baked potato, 2 TBS. of sour cream, 2 TBS. of butter, B.B.Q. sauce. I don't want to think about the calories. I'm so mad at myself.

My back has not been right for the last week. But I'm making it. A little concerned, maybe I should take a few days off. I don't think I will

100 Days On My Diet

I wish I had more time to post. Hard to do working a min. of 12 hours a day.

1ST. 100 Days

HOW IT STARTED

My wife wanted to start a diet on Monday 01/26/2009. I said I would join her, like a lot of other monday diets. This was really no different than the others. I would stay on the diet as long as my wife would (maybe a week at the most).

Then something happened on tues. that would change this diet for me. I had to go to court for a traffic ticket. It was standing room only, & I had to stand up. I looked around & know one else that was standing up was sweating. No one else looked like they were going to die. Well I thought I was going to die. I finally got up for my ticket. Which I planned on fighting. I could not fight the ticket, I would have to come back & there was no way I was going to go through this again. This whole standing up thing lasted maybe one hour.

Be as bright as I am. I decided this was one diet I was not going to quit.

The Day To Try On Clothes That Don't Fit

This was the day to try on clothes that have not fit in a long time. It was a great day. I have so many clothes now. Almost everything I put on fit. Some of them brand new that I never fit into.

Week 17 Weigh In & Week At A Glance

Only 1/2 Lb. this week. I ate good all week, the weight up & downs were very very strange to me. I did read on one of the posts, when you start weight training you will retain water. So maybe that is why. I did start lifting weights & do crunches (started with 3 crunches, did 5 today). Did 1 full sit up (that was all I could do), was able to do 2 full sit ups today. It is a start, sad as it is; it will only get better. It took me 3 days before I could do 1 push up.
I'd say don't laugh, but I'm sure we have all been where I'm at to some degree or another. The important thing is to continue to get healthy.

I feel better every day, yet I feel so much pain all the time (my body). I hope I will like to exercise sometime.
