Back After A Long Long Time

I am back after a long time. I was not in a good frame of mind last time I posted. I feel good except I'm still losing my home & this has been almost 2 years since I made my last mortage payment. Also I'm to fat. At least I can change my weight.

I have just finished my 2nd. week. I weigh in tomorrow. I have done great except on super bowl sunday & it was not worth one thing I ate. If your going to eat extra I think you should at least think it was worth it. I started walking last tues.

First 2 Weeks

Monday was the finish of two weeks. It has been much easier than I ever dreamed. I only ate bad one day that was super bowl sunday. I did not even enjoy eating what I ate. Next time I will make the extra calories worth it.

Start Weight - 311.25
Week one - 304.00 - 7.25
Week Two - 296.75 - 7.25

TOTAL LOSE - 14.50 :party:

Week 3 Weigh In

I finished week 3 things have continued to be easy. I think I was 100% good on every thing. I stayed within my calories every day 1500 -2000. I walked 6 days, even in the rain 2 days & snow one day (first time I ever exercised while it was snowing, sort of fun). I'm right where I wanted to be for weight loss. I really wanted week 4 to be at 28Lbs. lost. But I don't think I will get there, the weight loss is starting to slow down.

Start Weight - 311.25

Week one ---- 304.00 - 7.25
Week Two --- 296.75 -- 7.25
Week Three -- 290.25 -- 6.50 :hat:

Start Weight - 311.25

Week one ---- 304.00 - 7.25
Week Two --- 296.75 -- 7.25

I can't believe I have made 4 weeks. I'm so proud of that. Not happy about 1.25 Lbs. for the week. I have lost 22.25 Lbs. that is great. I started counting calories today I think I'm eating to little. But I'm not hungry. Little afraid to eat more.

The Good.

Have exercised at least every other day for 3 weeks. I could barley walk a mile when I started.
Have not had sugar for four weeks. I was living on sugar
Have only ate to much one day.

Over all a good 4 weeks.
 
It amazes me Chip how fast you can drop those lbs.Good job for getting back up on the horse and riding it agian:)!!!Im glad you joined the challenge with us!!!

WOW - I just wonder how good I'm going to feel in another 30 days. If you told me I would feel this good in 30 days, I would say you were nuts.

ahhh i know... who knew that losing weight
would feel sooooo good... if only you can make it
past the first few weeks... it becomes a habit.
at least for me it did... i feel alot better...
and its not even hard to lose weight... just
takes time... =D
