Hope you've seen that 227 today... but if not, I'm sure you'll see it very soon.
I feel like my stomach has less tolerance now for foods that I don't feed it anymore. I kind of like it, it's nature's gentle reminder that healthy food is better! Good job on the Subway, I have one near my office and need to remember that when I forget to pack a lunch.

Having clothes be too big is WAY exciting, isn't it? I don't wear too many button-up dress shirts, mostly because they are the first ones to show how much weight I've gained, and I am looking forward to trying them on again when it gets warmer (mine are all short-sleeve, my arms are too long for most women's shirts, it seems).
If your friend comes and still wants to go out to eat, just try to pick places where they have nutritional information on their website and pick out your meal before you even leave the house. The Cheesecake Factory (where I had lunch today) has about a million calories per pasta dish, and the menu is way too long for me to get through the first couple of pages.... but I checked out the menu beforehand today and decide on salmon with spinach and broccoli, which I NEVER would have gotten before! It pays to plan!
