*sigh*
Alright. so you know the whole goal thing about losing weight over christmas? Yeah, that went out the window. I gained 5lbs... *smacks head repeatedly on desk* I totally screwed up, and then continued to eat unhealthily.
BUT the holidays are over now, and I'm ready to get back on the wagon again. I gutted my room, totally cleaned it all out, organized my stuff (sheet music, files, books ect) and I went through all of my clothes and gave a lot of it away. Oh, and I cleaned my fish tank.

So, I'm hoping that with all of this, It will help me get a jumpstart back into my healthy lifestyle.
One good thing though is that for christmas, my parent's got everyone the XBOX Kinect. Holy crap that thing is AWESOME. It has my mom playing it and being active more often than she ever has before, and she wants to keep doing it. (THANK YOU MICROSOFT!) We got this game called "Your Shape: Fitness Evolved" and it's pretty good. There is a "trainer" and you have different options, for strength training, cardio, or tai chi, or whatever. And then, it counts your calories, and encourages you to keep going.
My personal favorite is the boxing workouts. They are fun, and tiring at the same time, and I'm only on level one!
Anyway, I just wanted to pop back in here and say "I'm still alive!" lol
