207 today. Did the grouse grind again yesterday. I was proud because I was supposed to do it thursday but pushed it off and friday then pushed it off again, and it was tempting to go do something fun on my saturday evening but I was like no I made a commitment to do this once a week and I'm sticking to it! Shaved a minute or two off my time and it didn't feel as hard.

big salad with 1 tbsp of dressing, oven roast chicken breast, brocolli
Today's Food:
weight watchers english muffin breakie sandwich
2 oven roast chicken drumsticks (homemade)
1/2 low fat cheese string
assorted raw veggies with home-made low cal dip
1 hard boiled omega 3 egg
4 coolers, 1 draft beer
Food for today was good except for the boos! Damn alcohol... its just so hard to say no to a cold drink when ur chilling on the beach, especially cuz I feel justified when I'm munching on brocolli and carrot sticks while everyone else is eating chips and concession food! So I treated myself. Probably shouldn't have, but at least I enjoyed it. I had a lovely day at the beach in the sun. Now I'm off to the gym to do some damage control.
