I've not been exercising much the last couple of days. I have sort of stopped as I am waiting for my treadmill to arrive. Hopefully it will come tomorrow. My eating is much better when I exercise hard so I should start to lose weight soon. I find it much easier to discipline myself about what I eat when I exercise as I don't want to undo all the hard work. My weight at the moment fluctuates between 69 and 71 kgs but I want it to fluctuate between 63 and 65 kgs so about 6 kgs to lose.
My sister has just been on holiday and bought me back one of those Shake Weight things. Here the call them mastubators because of the movement you have to make.
I tried it for just a little while last night and I can feel my muscles aching a bit so I think that it might help to tone my arms up.
Eating won't be good today as I have family round for lunch and I'm making curry pies and a cake but I am not bothered as I know that as soon as my treadmill arrives I will be back on track to lose weight instead of just maintaining.

I can't picture you with your new jigglle weight! lol Tiggy and Sunny maybe but not you! lol. I haven't heard of too many good results from them but you never know. Good luck with it.

LOL Flumes. I can't tell you how nice it is to come in and find posts from you again. Get yourself a treadmill. We both enjoyed running so much and then stopped. We need to get that enthusiasm back.
As for the jiggy thing you can imagine the comments I get from my husband

I'm really jealous Ecky - I want a treadmill so badly!!! If I get rid of my dining table maybe....hehehe worse mother in the world then...keeps fit but makes her daughter eat on the sofa in front of the tv!
Mind you, not long until its light enough to be running in the mornings and after work. You have the heat to contend with...I can imagine that its just not possible to run outdoors some days?

Well still no treadmill!!!!
I had a look at my order and realized that I didn't give them my mobile phone number so I sent them an email. I got an email back saying that I have to pay more money as I live in the Baleares Islands and postage is 23 € more than quoted.
As you can imagine I was livid because the day I expected the treadmill to be arrive they were telling me it wasn't even sent yet and I had to pay extra. They said that they had phoned me multiple times which is a lie as there is nearly always somebody at home and no missed calls were registered on my phone and anyway they could easily have sent an email.
They were supposed to send me an invoice for the extra postage yesterday but didn't even do that so I don't know what the position is today. I'm fuming. I don't mind paying the extra as we always have to for the island but I'm so angry at the bad service.
Well I have realized that how I eat is a lot to do with what food is in the house. I don't usually buy fattening foods so don't have a problem but when it is there then I eat it. I really admire those of you with husbands that refuse to eat healthy or those of you with young kids that want crisps and biscuits about.
I'll catch up on everybodies diaries later in the day.

That sucks about the customer service you are getting with the treadmill. I would call and complain to a manager and get the extra shipping charges waived. That's just me though - I used to work in customer service so it really bugs me when they do a horrible job.
I'm so excited for you getting a treadmill though. It will be a great investment for years to come! Keep it up Ecky!

I've been going for long walks with friends every day but haven't been eating particularly good.
I am going away for the weekend with my husband. We have booked into a hotel at the other side of the island while my wonderful sister moves in to look after dad. I am so excited. We have a lovely hotel with a spa. Eating will be terrible as we will have buffet breakfast and evening meal but we will exercise a lot. We will spend all day walking swimming and in the gym followed by relaxation in the hot tub
The shaker thingmy must do something as I have had muscle ache in my arms after using it.
I'll go and read a few diaries as I don't think I will take my laptop so won't get a chance until I get back on Tuesday night. Hope you all have a great weekend.

They are making a film here at the moment and my daughter has got 6 days work and possible more as an extra so you may get to see her Yesterday morning she just had to lay and sunbathe all day on a sunbed with her boyfriend to make the beach look busy.
