Now that's what I'm talking about!!! :D!! How about SEXY SKINNY outfits,...for all of our CARRIBEAN VACTIONS!!!!!!!! :cheers2:!! WOohooo!!!

Now, tell me we wouldn't all get buff and yummy looking for our SPEEDO and BIKINI shots!?!! ;)! hahaha !! I would take us ALL ON VACATION if I was rich!!! :drool5:!!

LOL, wouldn't it be great to be rich enough to buy all of us complete wardrobe makeovers.
I really don't know what suits me anymore. I went out to the sales today but it was so hot in the changing rooms that I came back without buying myself anything. I've always preferred winter clothes but that is probably becuase it's easier to hide your body away and I can't seem to get out of the habit of wearing baggy clothes except to go to the gym. Once the weather cools down I should be more or less where I want to be with my weight loss so I think I will round up a few girlfriends and go on a shopping trip and get advice on what suits me. First thing will be some properly fitted bras. I am changing size so cup size so quickly at the moment that I don't want to spend out on new ones until I stopped losing weight.

I got to get new clothes too. My 38 jeans's are all way too big for me. I got to get new belts because the old ones are permenently marked at the old spot which was 2 holes bigger.
My shirts look like I could use them for parasailing.
Ive got a ton of xl t-shirts that make me look like a scare crow... and I dont even want to mention underwear.
My shoes are about the only thing that still feel ok on me.

This is going to cost me a bloody fortune! Thats the only part thats scaring me. I hate shopping cause I hate paying so much for jeans and shirts. Friggin rippoff. :cuss:

Ok..Im done. Sorry to steam up your thread.

I think a shopping trip is just what the doctor ordered! Sounds like a good plan. And I know what you mean about the baggy clothes. I'm so used to wearing baggy clothes to hide my "areas" that I'm sure I'll have to totally relearn about how clothes should actually look and fit once I start buying new clothes after I get closer to goal weight. I've never worn anything "fitted" or "snug" and I'm actually looking forward to experiencing it (even though part of me is terrified).

ROFL! This cracked me up! I'm looking forward to that actually, it will be a nice reminder of how far I've come.

eBay, my friend - E-friggin-Bay! I get all my "in between" clothes there so I don't have to spend a lot of money until I reach goal weight. I actually nailed a shirt from there for $3.00 with free shipping. I keep finding good deals like that - keep an eye out, ebay can save you a lot of coin! :)

:smilielol5:!!! I mean shit...;)!!! Isn't that what we ALL want?! :D!! hahah!! (at least I thought!) Big boobs right?! LOL!

Yeah, but considering how much of our breast tissue is actually fat, we'd be pretty naive to think that we could lose a lot of weight without losing breast size. lol

That's actually what I'm pretty worried about myself. I love my double D's and so far, despite losing 31 pounds, I've not lost a single centimeter of my beloved girls. lol But I'm sure they will start shrinking eventually... I have a LOT of weight to lose before I reach goal. I just hope my breasts don't shrink too much.

:cheers2:!!! hahahahha Here Here to that!! :D!!! ;)!!

To DOUBLE D's baby!!! ...which might end up at DOUBLE B's!!! hahah ;) !! As long as they have a DOUBLE in it and it's not DOUBLE A's (no offense to ladies with double A's or single A's for that matter ;) ) then we are ALL GOOD !!! LOL!!!

...I think I've feared that my breasts would turn into pure nipples before. Taking it back to the age of 4 years old!! hahahha!!!! BUTTTTTT ....lucky for us, at least there is WATER BRA's now adays!! :D!!

And another cheers to BREAST FAT :cheers2: RESHAPING int succulant MAMMI's!! LOL!! ;)!! Squeeze those ORANGES ladies!! :D!! hahah!

LOL, that was a fun thread to wake up to. :D
My boobs used to be G cup and have now gone down to an E cup. DD sounds perfect to me.
I've also been buying on E bay. I bought loads of stuff about a month into my 'diet' when I saw that it was starting to work but I didn't have faith in myself and most of the things are already to big.
It's strange but I almost can't bring myself to use the word diet as I really don't see it as that but as a permanent change in the way I eat. When people ask me if I have been dieting I always tell them that I haven't been dieting just changed my lifestyle to a healthier one.
I think that when I get to goal weight I am going to be scared to increase my food intake. What I will probably do is carry on the way I am for most of the week but have a few more cheat meals. I don't ever want to go back to the way I was.

Hi Val,

Thanks for the invite :)

I'm with you entirely about the 'change of lifestyle not a diet' thing. I've already thought about maintenance and I know what you mean about fear of increasing your food intake. Once I reach a weight I'm comfortable with I'm going to increase my calorie count by 100 per week until I start gaining again. Then I'll know what I need to keep my weight stable.

I've been smiling reading about the bra question. Like others I'm losing weight so fast there that I won't buy a new bra until I'm finished. I don't even know what size I was at my highest (238) because I kept stretching my old one and that was a 42D, I think.

But I remember something that happened the last time I lost a lot of weight. A male friend who hadn't seen me in ages came rushing over to congratulate me on my transformation, then his eyes dropped to boob level and squinted as if trying to find something he'd lost, then he slowly shook his head while muttering "Oh dear....oh dear" :)

But some men like 'em small and others like 'em big, thank goodness.

Nice to see you over here :)
That sounds like a good idea to just increase little by little and see how it goes. My husband did ask me the other day how much smaller my boobs were going to get but I could still lose a cup size and they'd still be big so he needn't worry :D.

Exactly! Diet = wrong way, Change of Lifestyle = right way ..Otherwise you just gain every ounce of the weight back (and then some) once you start eating the way you used to after the "diet ends". I will never go back to eating the way I used to. When I hit goal weight I'll up my calories to my maintenance calories just by adding a bit larger portions of the healthy food I'm already eating. That's not to say that indulging in a desert is out of the question, but it has to be few and far between in much smaller portions than what I used to eat. In my opinion there shouldn't be any reason to not have something that I crave, only now I may have one or two small bites as apposed to 2 or 3 servings. lol

LOL...I would give...my right boob...and my left one...for smaller boobs!!! Double F be gone...helloooo Double Ds or Cs please!! Seriously big boobs are not worth the hassle!! Mid-sized ones are more than enough of a handful for chaps to enjoy themselves.

As for baggy clothes - do what I did, clear em out and run em down to the charity shop - its VERY CATHARTIC...a real "never going back there" moment!

Not only are huge boobs uncomfortable but they also make you look much fatter. I look much slimmer if I flatten them down. I'm sure I'd look better in a good fitting bra but that will have to wait until I get down to my lowest size as good bras are not cheap and I don't want to spend money on something that might not fit in a couple of months. Good excuse for a trip to England to buy the bras that you recommended. :D

Definitely Val - Bravissimo is the way to go, they have so many different makes/styles and the ladies there are really experienced - they can tell what size you will probably be from just looking at you and they then know which styles are likely to be bigger/smaller or fit your shape well - they are TEH BOOB-EXPERTS!! Nothing like the hit and miss of well or badly trained M&S fitters!

All this boob talk and I was missing...? Heh!! I could lose a cup size as well. I just don't want so much strain in my back.

To Americans: are there stores like Bravissimo that Val and Jjjay are talking about in the States? I have been away from the country for so long. Would love to meet with boobs expert once I get back home. Any suggestions?

Val, sorry to highjack your thread. Good idea to buy in-between clothes at ebay- and that piece of clothing you got foe $ 3 with free shipping is sweeeet.

Looks like gym and eating right is going well for you. Excellent work. Keep it up. Hope you are having a fantastic weekend!

Val, sorry to highjack your thread.
No problem. I just see all the threads as different meeting places to chat. It's sort of like being at a party and mingling. Sometimes were in one corner chatting with Jjjay and Stacy and later we're out in the kitchen chatting to Flumsey, Alta and some of the others. :D

Today I went and tried out the gym where my sister goes because I had a free pass for one day. It was great as the gym monitor taught me how to use the machines properly so I'll know what to do when I go back to my usual gym.
I've been a bit naughty today with my eating as my daughter has a group of friends that spend the summer in Mallorca that every year for about the last 10 years I have invited to eat my home made pizzas. I make a really good deep pan pizza and I couldn't resist eating 2 pieces.
I'm really not bothered though as I refuse to beat myself up about occasionally eating something high caloried that I enjoy. What does annoy me is if I eat something high caloried and didn't even really enjoy it.
This is a lifetime change of eating so it is unrealistic to never indulge yourself a bit.
