Just popping in to wish you a fantabulous Wednesday!

Being 49 years old does kind of put a dampener on some things. The joy of being young!
Being able to wear clothes – even after you have put on a couple of pounds – that you couldn’t think of wearing a couple of months ago is a very good feeling though! When I master the art of turning the clock back and get the location right I will be all set.

For the record - it is the first time that I have been this weight since 1986. That is 22 years.
I totally agree with you about age being a state of mind. Look at Dara Torres the olympic swimmer. At age 41 she has a body most 20yr olds would kill for, and she's breaking world records. She is faster now than she was in her 20s. Look at Jack LaLanne. He's in his 90s and could shit all over men half his age in most physical competitions. Of course, both of them work VERY hard to keep their bodies like that. But still, if one stays active and takes decent care of oneself, they need not necessarily become "old."
Sorry the scale has crept up due to the monthly friend. But this, too, shall pass and you'll be back in the 120s again.![]()
