Omega's journey

Milestone

Weighed on Saturday 24th November 2007 after long walk and for the first time got under the 13 stone mark. It will probably be above it tomorrow - and indeed I have eaten today and know that it will be above it now.
Officially however I am 12st 13.6 today which is the first time under the teen stones.

:party::party::party::party::party::party::party:

I celebrated when I got into the teen stones on 25th March 2007 which was the first time that I weighed in under 20 stones.

Thanks Kimberly

I really love new lows too. Especially when they cross a milestone that you have been waiting ages to cross.

I know that I will probably be back the other side of it tomorrow - but it is always so nice to have reclaimed that territory.

Take care
Love

Poor hubby!

I just hate it when my sweetie is sick..(kinda gets on my nerves as well..lol...I'm sure he feels the same about me when I'm sick..I'm such a baby!)

Great exercise & food!

**Side Note**

JJ responded to ya at my place. :)
Just wanted ya to know.

Sorry to hear your hubby's still feeling ill. I hope he's feeling better soon. :)

Your walking really impresses me. That's a heck of a lot of walking, regardless of your pace.

I chuckled at your story of why you quit driving. You are lucky to live in an area where you can get around most of the time without a car. Where I live, the nearest shop is 4-5miles away. I don't think I could ever give up driving unless I was too old to do it safely anymore. :D

Thanks for visiting. Thanks for your sympathetic words re hubby - it is a shame.
Hubby learnt in his early twenties re driving that there are consequences to him criticising me too much. I think he has wished that he hadnt told me that I was the worlds worst driver. He had penalty points at the time and I didn't have any (you get them for driving convictions).

Stacy

Brilliant news about us being on the same team. This will be really fun.

Yes..It sure will!

I hope to be melt-down FREE! :biggrinjester:

HAHAHAHA!

Hey Kimberly, That could be a special bonus 4 me! Days w/o a melt-down. :D

lol

~Best Wishes Margaret!~ :hug2:

We all have melt-downs.

Do you think that I would have got to 21 stone (294 pounds) without the ability to have a melt-down???

When I have a melt-down - look out.

I had a major binge in September - the month of the plateaus (triggered by the plateau). Luckily I limited it to one day. That is why I get so twitchy about plateaus.

At least I got rid of everything fattening in the house that day - I ate it all.
