YAY! I just finished a 50 minute cardio session at the gym! FEELING GREAT! Food today has been pretty good too and now I'm just waiting for my fish to finish cooking. I haven't lost as much weight these last two weeks but I also haven't really been working out as hard as I should. Even when I did my 60 minutes of cardio, it would be easy stuff like sitting on a bike and going slowly. NO MORE OF THAT! Only
QUALITY workouts allowed! I want to hit 149 by the end of this month and I'm only going to get there if I kick my ass into gear.

I ran into two guy friends I haven't seen since last semester. I was running late to class and one yells "HEY!" So we stop to talk for a quick second and he just blurts
"Whoa, you look skinny!" I was like, "THANKS FOR NOTICING!" BUT YEAHH that feels great! I've also noticed that in the past, whenever I took photos, I'd want to be behind someone because I was so big. Now I don't mind so much because my body doesn't take up the whole photograph! YEAHHH!
OK OFF TO BE PRODUCTIVE. Thanks everyone for your words of encouragement! I know without you guys and this forum, I would still be sitting on my butt, eating french fries at 185 lbs. YOU ARE FABULUOS!
