I'm very glad to hear you're trying to give your body what it needs, but to be honest 150 g of nuts would be another extreme. How about 20 g of nuts plus 150 g of beans/pulses? That'd give you a healthier amount of fat AND some extra protein. Though, to be fair, you're unlikely to get to your protein levels on plant matter alone unless you have a decent amount with each and every meal. I hope you don't mind me nagging, starting a diet can be overwhelming at first and it often takes a while to get the details right. On that note: very well done deciding to take matters into your own hands and changing your life.
