no spinning!Did get a chance to be on a real bike todayno spinning!
I'm hoping the ankle will be calm for tomorrow. Would really like to get some real mileage out of a good road ride. This week I've only done 32 miles of actual biking, and like 50 + on the spinning bike. I wish the ratio was tilted more towards the real bike.

You know - you really are a bit of an inspiration. I hope that you are feel1ing better about this whole process. I completely understand what you mean when you say that you eat one granola bar and suddenly there are 5 gone from the box. I seriously wish i could buy Curves Bars, 100 calorie things and other "treats" SINGLY ... NOT in a box.
I struggle much in the same way - had a rough few days but am clawing my way back.
i also get what you mean about being able to gain 11 lbs in a week but it taking 4 weeks to get them back off.
I admire your exercise habits I really do - with small kids - I just have no way to pull it off.
I'm going to be around more this week... I'll be sure to stop by!

i'm gonna reply with an ouch! there lol. oh yeah and cabbie don't worry about the max lift, you are right you can ge tit back when you lose. i used to be able to do 315 once. not so much now.... i can barely move it up. but 295 works still.... so i figure when i drop more i'll build uo a little and get it again. i'll be happy with that max.
