Older, Wiser, but still fat...

Happy Hell Week!

They should make hell week greeting cards for supervisors to give to employees.

I half volunteered for this week though. I'm covering a partial shift for my coworker, and getting a comp day out of the extra hours. So Sunday my wife and I will take of to a hotel about 5 hours away with a casino in it, alcohol, in room hot tubs, lots of porn channels to choose from and most importantly...

No kids!!

I sure the week will be worth it in the long run...

yup, I bitched about the rain, the cold temps etc. during the early summer. Now its in the nineties and every time I cycle it feels like someone used me as a wet mop.

Oh well, I'd still rather sweat than freeze.

Damn I could use a kid free night with BF right now. One of my kids is going through a shitty sleeping time and sex is sadly becoming a thing of the past.

Oh well - it can only get better!

:ack2:

And just think of the calories the sex will burn!

hehe

See, the thing with me is that both of my kids are college age adult daughters.

That means they actually KNOW what those noises they are hearing from the other room are... And they aren't as easily fooled by things like mom and dad going upstairs to "watch the news".

Oh I don't even want to think about them KNOWING what's going on in there. Yeesh!

No wonder you are going away!

here is a cheer

sex is great
sex is fine
dont masturbate or you'll go blind

GOOOOO CABBY

(i did a split jump at the end of that)

actually...i made that up on the fly aint i talented

eh, send those kids away for the night. I"m sure if you mention that you are going to be getting it on like donkey kong, they'll find something to do out of the house for the entire night.

My parents stopped having sex 15 years ago. At least, thats they lie I tell myself so that I don't want to scratch my eyes out of my head.

Today did not start out well. Got up this afternoon (for thse new to my world here I'm a night shifter, so no, I'm not just a lazy slug who sleeps all day...), and went for a ride. It was about 92°F, and humid so I got good and soaked. Did 20 miles. Went home to shower up, eat some dinner and go to work (hell week, remeber?).

Daughter was washing the pooches in the tub when I got home. Now, I am allergic to most dogs. My little doggies are shih-tzus that, while not quite hypo-allergenic, are at least tolerable for me. Unless of course they are being bathed. For some reason that throws something into the air that gets to me. I grabbed a shower after the dogs were done. By the time I was finished I was so far into an asthma attack that I could barely get enough wind to dry off.

I did a nebulizer treatment and used my inhaler, got nothing out of either one. Threw my clothes on, could barely tie my shoes, and got out of the house. By the time I was 10 minutes up the road I was at least not gasping for air. I'm okay now, but damn!

It never ceases to amaze me that I can go from being able to have a good heart rate while cycling for an hour and a half at a 16 mph avg speed, with no breathing issues, and 20 minutes later be gasping for air to tie my shoes. Allergies and asthma both suck.

My son has to deal with allergy related asthma as well - I'm shocked the nebulizer didn't work - its a godsend for DS....

glad you feel better!

oooh cabilicious i cannot imagine what it must be like to have an asthma attack and not be able to breathe...that must be scary as hell....take care of yourself...take the poochies to the groomers!!!!

hope you are feeling better......

hehehe gotta love puppies!!!!

what a good daddy to put up with the allergy thing and allow ur kiddo to have a doggy!!!! I know many people who give the dogs a boot no questions asked!!!

and it sounds like even after all that you are in good spirits about it hehe

Poor guy! Allergies and asthma do suck. My son has allergy and exercise induced asthma also. Last winter he also got pnumonia and that was the worst I've ever witnessed as far as asthma attacks go. I sure hope those dogs are good and dry now!
