OMG Y'ALL!! I have been dying to get to work and tell you guys this, my stupid computer is on the fritz at home!

SHE MET THEM, WE MET THEM!!! Venus and Serena Williams talked to my baby, shook her hand, autographed a tennis ball for her, let her come back stage!! It was AMAZING! She was IN SHOCK! She had her mouth wide open and her eyes were HUGE! She could barely speak! I was shaking!!!! I was so excited and happy for her. The whole thing was simply amazing. I could write all day and STILL not be able to convey the excitement and sheer magic of it all.

Annnnd, mommy got a prize too....the man that made all of this happen appears to be rather smitten with me and I dare to say the feeling is mutual. I plan to go slow b/c I've had so much bad luck with men, but although its so early, he really seems like such a genuine and wonderful man. YET...I'm keeping my cool or at least trying too.

Aww, thanks Mal! The joy in her eyes...OH! I was shaking and my eyes watered up. I've never seen her that in awe of anything/one. It was so beautiful, I was so happy for her! At her tennis practice on the following day it was all she could talk about....she barely got her lesson in. lol

I'm putting on my seatbelt....gotta strap myself in so that I don't let my fear make me jump out! :eek: *nervous....but excited*

Just seems like you're having such a good weekend/week already...and it's only Monday! HA... glad to hear it... Mr. Tendereyes.... has a good ring to it :p

And that sounds so cool for your daughter! That must have been just simply amazing! heck...seeing my daughter get all happy when I tell her she can play an xbox game with me is enough to make me all happy..can't wait till she is older and has an actual real hobby that she really digs for me to share with her!

SS - having your child be so psyched about something is so amazing. I can't wait until you experience this too! I want everyone to experience it!!

I have been TRYING to catch up on everyone's diaries, but just when I'm on a roll somebody here expects me to do some work! :rolleyes: So forgive me if I haven't come by yet, I will try to do so tonight, if I don't manage to touch base before leaving work today. :(

BTW... think about this.. the giddier you are... the more you'll smile. The more you smile, the more calories burned! :) And that's always a good thing... I know you dont' want to get burned but... don't miss out on enjoying something great! Life is too short! Parents have to have fun too!
