Well I didn't get much exersices today but
I did walk a mile and 1/2 heel toe and really felt it the
way I was walking before was in the middle of my foot
lol I had to look retarted. Well hope you had a gr8 day

Thanks for the advice...I try, but I always fail. Just got of the phone with her.

My neighbor just messed up my day...well, not really but she messed up my food day. I was doing so well with keeping my cals low and she nabbed me when I came in from the gas station and just made me eat her homemade seafood gumbo, a delicious Spanish beer and a bite of a pecan pie!!! I kept saying no, no, no and she kept forcing it on me and you can't say no to a half drunken woman from New Orleans! *sigh* So now I have to go workout really hard to get this off of me before my 3:00 dinner tomorrow. *sigh* *cries* I was doing so great keeping my cals low all week. I've been eating lots of catabolics to keep me feeling full w/o consuming alot and she just blew me out of the water.

It appears I've been retagged....I won't be as depressing with these five

1. I met Magic Johnson my junior year of college while completing an internship at a hospital. He's a very nice man. He talked to me and gave me his autograph...which I gave to my dad (who happens to love Magic Johnson) as a birthday gift.

2. Smokey Robinson and I shared a plane from New Orleans. He, too,is a very nice man and MUCH taller than he looks as well. I was quite surprised at the latter.

3. I met David Justice and even sat directly beside him at dinner(cried like a baby!)...after I chased his car down the highway and followed him into the restaurant...true story . The waitress told him how in love with him I was and he called me over, I was speechless, I just cried and my friends spoke for me. LOL I SO love him and I am his BIGGEST fan! The lady in the restaurant took our picture and he autographed it. He's even more beautiful in person. *drools*

4. I got hit in the head with a crockpot and blanked out during my senior year of high school. My mom had it on top of the fridge and when I opened the door and leaned down to get an apple out of the drawer it fell on the back of my head. I was knocked out briefly and had to go to the hospital just to make sure I was ok. Had a small scratch on my skull, but was otherwise medically ok.

5. I got stopped for speeding 3 days after I got my drivers license. I cried so uncontrollably that the cop let me go and he promised that my dad would never find out. I was so shook up I couldn't drive, my friend that was with me had to drive us home.

Well, the good thing is I'm still within my range for the day, but I TOTALLY wanted to stay BELOW my range. UGH...damn holidays!

5 things I am thankful for

Stole this idea from pequin....

I am thankful for:
1. My daughter, who has taught me the meaning of true and unconditional love. Her love keeps me focused and makes me keep my priorities in check. She is my everything and I thank God for her EVERYDAY not just Thanksgiving.

2. For ALL OF YOU here at this forum. Words cannot express, how very much you all mean to me. The support, the encouragement, the advice on life in general has meant so much to me. You've helped me to not only become a lighter person, but a better person and for that I thank you so much.

3. For being a healthier person this Thanksgiving and for being a great example for my daughter...who by the way told me today that I looked amazing! I just beamed and told her that no one had ever said that to me before. That made me feel so good. I am so proud of the changes I have made in my lifestyle, thus her lifestyle...we are a fit family and THAT thrills me.

4. For my daughter's family (her dad's family), for being so loving towards her despite her father's ignorance and lack of responsibility and for being so loving toward me despite the same thing. I truly love them!

5. For those members of my family who truly love me despite myself...mostly my uncle. I got the sweetest email from him today,he's the best uncle in the whole world!
