and by the way high fives on brreaking down and postin the pic...... lol:D

Thanks Star...I consider myself more of a "luke warm" kinda girl than "hot." It was hard, but I knew DQ wouldn't leave me alone! :p I cringe at the thought of everyone seeing me. I typically wear clothes too big for me so I can hide in them, but I'm trying to "get out there" with it now that I feel better about myself...but I still hate knowing somebody's looking at me... I guess that's why I run from cameras. I'm working on it though... I really do feel good about myself, just still a little self conscience.

I'm warming my pom poms ups for the next one across the line!!! :)

yeah it is hard to adjust to being new in your own skin.......I have a friend who lost a lot of weight and is now really skinny and she looks great......but she says she still feels like a fat girl inside and has a hard time getting used to behaving normal in her new body.........change takes time.......any kinda change even the change in mindset that comes with lifestyle changes both physical and mental!!! I guess that only goes to show that we are constatly changing everyday.........what a cool ride life is eh???

Yea...you're right, it is pretty cool. I was out on the tennis court with my daughter a little while ago and when I was walking around collecting the balls I realized my pants weren't making that rubbing noise anymore. I literally had to stop and look at myself. This journey called life is pretty cool indeed. Thanks Star.

I Choose
to live by choice not by chance
to make changes not excuses
to be motivated not manipulated
to be useful not used
to excel not compete.
I choose self-esteem not self-pity.
I choose to listen to the inner voice not the random
opinion of others.

Another great motivational tool, found this over in Star's diary!

It's been about 85 here. It will get down to the low 70's the nights will get into the high 50's. We really don't get much winter till closer to Christmas.

I was enchanted with Arizona for purposes of weather...Texas sounds good too. I love the smell of winter, cold crisp air and all, but I don't like the ice storms, power outages, blistering snow that I have to go to work in, etc. If the power would stay on and I didn't have to go to work in it...I'd love it! :p

Hey "OHAPPY"
Omg, Holy Moly you look simply amzing! I would
love to have your body /my body be built like yours!
Congrats on posting pics see that wasn't so bad!I think
"M2M said it best hopefully this helps with your photo phobia!
Have a gr8 Night! Tammy:D :D

Thanks Tammy...we'll see if it helps or not. I'll let you know what my knee jerk reaction is the next time someone around me whips out a camera. I can tell you though, just last Thursday I went with my daughter's class on a field trip and a parent pulled out a camera....boooy I almost knocked some kids over to get out of her range!!! :p :p :p I'll try not to do that from now on. But in restrospect it sure is funny. If someone had videotaped that we'd win the Funniest Home Video for sure. ...poor kids are probably trauamatized after the way I charged over them! LMAO

found you picture as i was scrolling back through your pages........gosh your itty bitty.

NO strolling back! It's against the rules! :D

I don't know about itty bitty, but I can pull those jeans down (in the before shot) without unbuckling them. Actually I found that out in a not so lucky way... I wore them out one day and got to the grocery store down the street and the more I walked the further they came down. Needless to say, it was a quick trip. :D
