Well I got my exercise in today, 3.2 mile walk in 50 minutes. Had to stop because it was getting dark and rather freaky. Booy was it cold out there, but I was determined to get it done and it felt good too! Cooking me a veggie burger right now and all is smoooooth sailing for the rest of the night....or so I hope.
