Now or never

Tired legs! It's still sunny and warm annoyingly so my exercise required so much more effort! Only just about finished todays c25k (w4d1) and then DVD workout my legs just didn't want to work properly but I managed them both. Now I need them to recover in the next 45 mins so I can go drive my grandma to see my grandad.
 
Scales are playing up today. Yesterday I was 62kg so when it showed 60.9 I didn't believe it. Tried again and it said 61.3. Didn't show an error for either of them so tried a few more times and got 60.9, 61.3 and 61.4 so no idea! I've recorded the 61.3 in the weigh everyday thread. Back to work today after 4 days off *yawn*.
 
Can someone send me some energy please? I have none! Trying to do my work out and so far all I've done is the warmup and first section out of three. My knee is also being a bit dodgy though so don't think I'll do the high intensity section, don't want to damage it or for it to affect my running tomorrow.

In other news, I bought some new running shoes, so that counts as exercise right? Haha! They're only cheap ones but they're more flexible in the toe and have different cushioning areas so going to give them a go.

Weighed again when I got home and was 61.6 so I think the 61.3 from this morning was about right.
 
It's almost 6pm and I think my body is ready for bed! Got up early to go for a run before shopping. It's really warm today so my run wasn't so easy and spending 3 hours in shop changing rooms has left me exhausted! Lots of lovely new smaller clothes though! My top has gone down 3 dress sizes, my bottom half is still catching up on 2 dress sizes though and it was a size bigger to begin with so it's been a bit awkward finding dresses to fit both. Eventually I gave up because I was too hot and my parking was about to run out so I came home and ordered more stuff online now I know which size to get. Spent so much I qualified for free next day delivery, woohoo! Haha! I'm treating myself because I'm at a new low today (was gonna treat myself anyway for just being awesome) and only need to lose 1.5 more pounds before I reach enter my healthy weight range! Hoping to do that before I go away to festival 2 weeks today. Then I'll come back a stone heavier hahaha!
 
Hey Joeybear, congratulations on the new low! Shopping in hot shops is excruciating, yay for online oderdering :)
 
Clothes arrived yesterday evening, hurrah! Now have a choice of clothes that actually fit. And 2 pairs of new shoes...

Today I am 0.2 pounds away from my initial goal!!! Hoping today's exercise will take me past my goal so I can start thinking about what to set for my new goal. I think eventually I'm going to aim for the middle of the healthy weight range (initial goal is to just get into the range) but need to set some smaller goals before then. Best get on with the exercise!
 
Congrats on the loss JB. and even bigger congrats on only being .2 pounds from your goal. That is so awesome to here that.

And how do you feel in your new garments? Must be at least a small egoboost, keep up the good work!
 
I feel brilliant in them! Haha! One of the dresses I am in love with because I look so slim in it, I want to wear it everywhere! I'm deciding which clothes I'm taking to my festival later on but I don't really think it's suitable festival attire (strappy summer dress + muddy walking boots and gaiters would be an interesting look), so I'm going to have to stick to my new jeans (which I have to go and retrieve from the washing machine and hope most of the excess dye has come off) and my new tops!

One of the women I'll be working with didn't work last year so I've not seen her since November 2012 when I was over 2 stone heavier! She better notice!

Decided to pop on the scales before I went in the shower and was 60.3, my goal weight! Weeeeeeeey! Now just to not overeat this evening and tomorrows weigh in should make it official. I'm changing my tracker thing now though haha!
 
Trying to pick some new goal weights. It will all depend on how I feel along the way and I may stop early if I feel I'm at a good weight or carry on further.

60kg/ 132.3 lbs
59kg/ 130 lbs
57.2kg/ 126 lbs (9 stone)
54kg/ 119 lbs (8 1/2 stone)
52.2kg/ 115.1 lbs (8 stone 3.1 lbs, middle of healthy weight range for my height)
 
Thanks! I've bumped back up to above my goal now but eventually it will stay under!

Boyfriend is working all weekend at the Tour de France so thought I'd get lots of exercise in. But today I have only done my DVD minus the high intensity bit so not much at all really. It is faaaaaaar too warm to be doing much anyway but my ankle is playing up too. It felt a bit sore on Thursday and I don't know why. On Friday I went running and it felt fine once I got into it but ended up landing right on the edge of an unseen dip in the field and twisted it! So that's my main reason for not doing the high intensity, don't want to damage it further. Hope it's better for running on Monday. No plans tonight, except I've got to make tea/dinner because my Dad is out and my siblings are useless. If I don't make it they will literally just eat crisps rather than try to make their own (they're 22 and 28!), so might just RICE the ankle all night.
 
Just couldn't make myself do proper exercise today so instead of sitting around all day I did most of my ironing and spent the last few hours cleaning my room. Pretty damn warm now so I'm counting the cleaning as some sort of exercise anyway! Now tomorrow I can exercise without worrying about having to get ironing or cleaning done.
 
Sorry to hear about the ankle. Housework is good low to moderate intensity aerobic activity. Awesome job hitting your goal even if it rebounded a bit.
 
Ankle is feeling much better now thanks. I've just had my pre-run banana so we'll see how it is in about an hour when I return from the run.
 
I usually go for a run today but I'm mega sleepy and it's really warm which isn't helping. I'm also all alone in work for the first time ever tomorrow morning so don't want to be tired then and mess up all the money! Might go tomorrow instead but there'll be more people around because it's a Saturday and I don't like people haha! If it's raining I'll go, otherwise it will have to wait until I return from my festival in a week and half!
 
I have returned from my festival sporting 32 insect bits and an extra 1.8 pounds. Not as bad as it could have been but now I need to try and get back down to 60kg (from 61) before my next festival in 3 and a half weeks. Not exercising this week because I'm just too tired and have lots to do and it's my first day back at work tomorrow. Best get on with washing clothes, cleaning muddy boots and writing my post-event report.
