New low today! 138.5 today and my past lowest weight was 139 on 9th April, before I ruined it by going on tour! Not as excited as usual about it though, might be because I'm tired or might be because I haven't done much this week so don't think I really deserve it. Absolutely full of food and water atm, bit backed up tbh. Hopefully that will resolve itself tomorrow morning.
After a long day at work I really didn't want to do anything but made myself go on the exercise bike. Did a slightly less dramatic work out than the one my boyfriend suggested and I tried a couple of times (60 secs fast, 30 secs slow). It gets you really working but I could only do it for 10 mins in total before becoming exhausted. So today I did a 5 minute slow cycle warm up, 60 secs fast, 60 secs slow intervals for 20 mins and then a 5 minute slow cool down. Followed by legs and bums work out.
Also bought a new light jacket to start running it that I can just tie round my waist when I get to hot and ordered a new sports bra which should be here tomorrow. Not sure it'll be right though so if it isn't I'm going to nip to the sports shop around the corner from work on saturday and try to find a suitable one and an arm strap for my phone for going running.
