Ok, yesterday went ok. I was kind of pooped and did not feel like getting on a computer.
Did some exercise in form of going to the barn and playing with horses, which was fun, but then could not really do much else. I'm planning on resting up today and then going riding.
Calorie-wise was not the greatest - 1500, but increased exercise kind of helped to maintain some calorie deficit. Today I'm hoping for a better ratio, although I don't have day planned out yet, and its hard to know how much food will be in terms of cals if I don't even know what I'll eat and when.
Weekends are a little harder to plan, especially when I actually go out and do things. I cannot plan when the hunger will strike, and I may have to eat something unplanned or fattening, because there is no other choice. I need to do some better planning for days like that.
The good part (I think its good) - I lost like 2 lbs in last couple of days, so drum-roll please.... I am at 135 today! Whoo-hooo! Which means, technically, I've reached my goal of 135 by March 15th... actualy, 12th!
The bad part - I KNOW it is all water loss(or at least most of it), so I don't expect this low to stick around. But, I can probably reach it for real by the end of March. Anyway, we'll see what happens.
