So today was weigh day. I weighed in at 160 lbs. That's a one lb gain from last week.

I was feeling really down and sad and was talking to my fiance about it while he was on break from work. He told me to just work for next week. He also told me to go to the gym because I always seem happier afterwards. As crazy as it sounds, he's so right. I feel great afterwards. Today, after I had talked to him, I went to the gym and ran 1.5 miles on the treadmill, 2miles on the bike, and 10 mins on the elliptical. Then I did a few weight machines and some pushups. I was done, lol!
I'm going to attribute the one lb gain to slacking on my counting yesterday. Sounds crazy, but I was most likely on my way to a week of just maintaining my weight when I my way home I see Burger king is giving out free fries! So without thinking I got some planning to share them with my fiance. He had a few, but I ate the rest. Granted it was only the value size, but I think that's still 200-300 calories I didn't need for that day. Then yesterday we went to Texas Roadhouse with my parents. I was annoyed that they didn't have a nutritional menu. I tried to go safe with a salad (french- I know not the best option, but I don't like anything else. I put less than the full serving they gave me on the salad) I had two rolls (I feel like my mom pressured me into having a second one by asking for more bread. I know she didn't shove it in my face, but she knows I'm trying to lose weight and that bread of any type is my downfall.) My entree was oven roasted chicken and a baked potato (with butter and sour cream) I avoided eating the skin of the chicken and just ate the meat. Oh, also forgot I had a little bit of a bloomin onion that was ordered as an appetizer. Ugh, now that I look back, I could have made better choices.

Oh well, I guess every one has to learn.
Later for dinner we were at my fiances parents house to help decorate the tree. For dinner I had two pork bbq sandwiches on wheat buns and some multigrain pringles. Lets not forget a couple oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. UGH! I usually eat very light during the day when I know were going there for dinner because everythings so good. It was just a bad food day for me altogether. Live and learn I suppose.
I still need to get my hands on one of those darn measuring tapes. Hopefully I can get one this week. I always remember after I get home from the store!
Today for lunch I had a roast beef sandwich with cheese.
Dinner is some fish filets and some buncha crunch candy.

Add in the workout I had earlier and I should be a fat burning machine! lol
Well my dinner is almost ready, I finished cleaning the house, all my shopping, and laundry. I think it's about time to relax and play some xbox 360.
