DAY 17 - 10/25/08
- Ran 4 miles
- 30 minutes on the elliptical
- 5 minutes on the stairmaster
- Weights. I think one of them is called a leg press. I did 10x10 with 75lbs. Then I did the butterfly machine and I did 5x10 with 35lbs. I see myself improving a little by little. Yay
- 50 sit-ups
NUTRITION for DAY 17
Breakfast: 2 cups of Kellog's Corn Flakes, 1 cup of non-fat milk
Lunch: Milano sandwich on wheat from Whole Foods
Dinner: 12" Veggie sub on wheat from Subway + 4 slices of provolone cheese
Snacks: Worldwide Pure Protein Shake in Vanilla Cream
Water: 8 cups / 64 oz

Total Calories: Around 1,350 calories.
Carbs: Around 205
Fat: Around 25
Protein: Around 84
I'm obviously not done eating for the day.
I'll update that by the end of today.
I had a REALLY good work-out today. I was in the gym by 8:15AM and I spent about 2 hours there. I worked myself hard and REALLY pushed myself. I feel so good right now
I'm also working from 3:00PM-8:00PM and I'll be on my feet the entire time so I'll still be burning some more calories.
I can't believe I've been doing this for half a month now. Well, I've been on this journey for almost 2 months but it's been half a month when I decided to commit myself 100%. I've been hitting the gym 6 days in a week. I can do this!
