SO I got another job as a teller at a bank. Apple reallyyyy cut back my hours and I can't survive off of one 6-hour shift a week. I'm working both Apple and the bank.

Just when I thought my life couldn't get any busier.

BUT I am still kicking butt. With 2 jobs, that means I'm usually awake by 4:15AM and in the gym by 5AM. If I wait until night-time I'm just way too tired to do anything.

I've switched things up a bit at the gym. Not doing as much work on the cardio machines. I'm incorporating a lot of the stuff I do with my personal trainer. I got bored of the machines so I just needed a change. It was to the point that I didn't want to go to the gym :x

Here's what my work-outs have been looking like as of this month.

DAY 116 - 02/01/09
- Rest day

DAY 117 - 02/02/09
- Jogged 4 miles
- 30 minutes on elliptical
- 30 minutes on bike
- 20 minutes on stairmaster
- 180 crunches (No weight. Bad Jes, I should have used a weight but there were no weights around me and I got too lazy to go downstairs and grab something :x)
- 90 squats on bo su
- 90 leg raises
- 3 45-second planks
- 36 crab walks
- 20 lunges with bosu

DAY 118 - 02/03/09
- 1 hour with personal trainer doing various exercises.
- Jogged 4 miles
- 30 minutes on elliptical
- 20 minutes on stairmaster

DAY 119 - 02/04/09
- Jogged 4 miles
- 30 minutes on elliptical
- 90 squats on bosu with 8lbs
- 180 crunches on bosu with 8lbs
- 30 lunges with 16lbs
- 80 high kicks with 2kg (40 on each side)
- 60 kick backs
- Stairs one at a time x 3 with 8lbs, lap
- Stairs two at a time x 3 with 8lbs, lap
- Stairs sideways x 3 with 8lbs, lap

DAY 120 - 02/05/09
- Jogged 3 miles
- 15 minutes on bike
- 90 squats on bosu with 8lbs
- 180 crunches on bosu with 8lbs
- 30 lunges
- 120 high kicks with 2kg (60 on each side)

DAY 121 - 02/06/09
- 1 hour with personal trainer doing the following exercises:
- Stairs one at a time x 3 with 16lbs, lap
- Stairs two at a time x 3 with 16lbs, lap
- Stairs sideways x 4 with 16lbs, lap
- 30 lunges with 16lbs
- 80 high kicks with 2kg
- 120 kick backs
- 80 scissor kicks
- Leg curl: 4x10 with 40lbs
- Leg extension: 5x10 with 60lbs
- 3 60-second planks
- 40 balanced crunches
- 80 squats with 16lbs
- Jogged 5 miles

DAY 122 - 02/07/09
- Jogged 2 miles
- 90 squats on bo su
- 210 crunches with 8lbs
- 180 kick backs (90 on each side)
- 120 high kicks with 2kg (60 on each side)
- 120 scissor kicks
- 3 50-second planks

DAY 123 - 02/09/09
- Jogged 2 1/2 miles
- 30 minutes on elliptical
- 120 high kicks with 2kg (60 on each side)
- 90 squats on bo su
- 120 scissor kicks
- 180 crunches on bosu with 8lbs
- 3 45-second planks
- 60 lunges with 8lbs
- 60 balanced crunches
- 180 kick backs (90 on each side)

Alrighty. Going to catch up on a few journals and then update myself in the challenge.

I have a midterm on Wednesday in my German poli class and I'm super stressed out. The class is taught by a visiting professor from Scotland and he speaks really fast and it's hard to understand him. Plus there is just so much material. Also have a 8-10 page paper due on Friday. *pulls out hair*
 
Woah, woman!!!! Are you taking ANY REST DAYS!!??

You are seriously inspiring me to just go get my butt in the gym... I have until 28 February to make use of the last of my membership... and seeing as I'm trying to lose weight, I should totally use it, right? Right!

Now look what you've made me talk myself into! :p
