Miss Kallie- Thanks! Hehe, yeah, those ellipticals man... I swear they were created to make falbby, out of shape people feel worse about themselves. I saw this old lady who was all hunched over and could barely walk across the room get on one of those things and go like... Super fast! I looked at her and was thinking "Man, get out."
Pineola- The weights I'm using are like weight machines. The one I use best is like a backwards seat, and you sit on it, and lean forward on it, and grab these 2 bars and pull them to you over and over. I don't know if that counts as lifting, I can hardly translate all that weight lifting lingo.
VonArtiste- Your team sounds cool though! I love you guys's slogan... LMAO! What is the Termin-Eaters slogan gonna be??? "Hasta La vista... Pizza..." Lmao...
Ok... About me day... I woke up this morning a tad too late (1:30) So... No elliptical. Though, I did do what I said I was gonna do- I treadmilled for an hour and lifted my weights even heavier. The bad thing is- I only had an Atkins shake for breakfast- So after I got home my feet hurt like it was going out of style and my muscles ached very badly. Before I started working out, I was able to bend over and touch my toes, and spread my hands on the floor. Now I can't even reach my ankles! Anyway, I rode with my dad while he ran some errands and I started to feel- Queasy. Not only that but I was getting into a cold sweat, got dizzy, and my heart starting beating really fast. My dad noticed something was wrong so I told him I only had a shake for breakfast and had worked out extra hard today. He said I probably had low bloodsugar from not eating and I overworked myself. So, he took my through Hardee's and got me a double low-carb burger and I felt so much better after that. Yes, I can see the giant red "Wimp" stamp on thy forehead now...
Anyhow, here is what I had today:
Breakfast (Which was at 2 PM)
-Atkins Shake
Dinner
-Double low-carb thickburger
Snack
-Fancy stinky French cheese on pastrami
Workout:
-1 hour on treadmil between the speeds of 2.8 and 3.5 MPH
-20 minuts on weight machines
-15 minuts on push-ups, leg lifts and all that stay at home and move around stuff
Well, I best get off now- I've got a bass to practice.
