Personally I need my protein or else I get crazy hungry. Protein suppresses the "I'm hungry" hormone (Leptin). Its about burning the fat and feeding the muscle you're building in the gym, otherwise you'll lose muscle. (Not that all of a sudden I"m an expert but that's where I"m at...). Also my weight started to drop when I cut out p.m. carbs.

.. I didnt really exersice tho today but the 50 situps I did because I had the MERIDIA 5YEAR BIRTH CONTROL inserted today and I was crampy which is normal so I skipped today.
