I have made a cabbage soup and fitday said "homemade veg soup" had 150 calories per bowl and now you say 40 calories in yours? Maybe mine has less, what do you think? It has carrots, celery, onions, red pepper,half a cabbage and a can of diced tomatoes with chicken broth.
