"Niapage's"Out with the old In with the New"

Personally I need my protein or else I get crazy hungry. Protein suppresses the "I'm hungry" hormone (Leptin). Its about burning the fat and feeding the muscle you're building in the gym, otherwise you'll lose muscle. (Not that all of a sudden I"m an expert but that's where I"m at...). Also my weight started to drop when I cut out p.m. carbs.
 
Well I switched up the plan some well aot lol and yeah KELLY you are right and that is true so what I am doing is using my soup to replace my snacks so today I did eat it all day along with watermelon,1 apple,grapes then for dinner I made egg beaters w/ canadian bacon and fat free cheese then more soup and more grapes lol,I also did 40 minutes at the gym on the strider and treadmill,thats a strat I say lol. Oh today I weighed in at 198 POOEY BLAH lol
 
I'm so lame. The soup takes forever to make, so I went to Sauerkraut (idea stolen from someone on this forum, I forget who :O ) and cover it with various seasonings, generally onion powder and basil, then nuke it for a minute or so.
I am always looking for good veggies to add, too. I discovered canned greens can be a tasty snack, too. The Allens brand has Collard, Mustard, and Turnip Greens, canned and seasoned. I'll heat and eat those, sometimes with a little broth cube. There's probably too much salt in it, but that is the LEAST of my worries.

Congrats on the exercise, it IS a good start! :D
 
Thank you Q well I am still snacking on soup and having it as a side with my meals example for breakfast I had a SOUTHBEACH PROTIEN CEREAL bar then lunch a piece of SKINLESS CHICKEN BREAST and a big bowl of veggie soup Dinner I am having CHICKEN BREAST AGAIN (lol I love chcicken) and a big bowl of soup and for snack later I will have a FF JELLO and an apple no peanutbutter for right now :) and if I am still hungry there is still SOUP SOUP SOUP like Q said it is a goodf way to get your veggies in but also like HAPPY(KELLY) said I need my protien the carbs not so much killing me I guess because of the apples,cereal bars has enough GOOD CARBS :)

PS MY WEIGHT WAS 196 TODAY I GAIN ALOT OF WATER WHEN I EAT BAD FOR OVER A WEEK :(

I've got a pretty bad hunger going on right now, too.

Keep it together, work the soup. I had some normal good food, but am now just off to the crutches (like your SOUP SOUP SOUP) that help mitigate the damage.

Hey, do you use a lot of cayenne or red pepper in your version?

I love chicken also - you can do so many cool things with it, its low fat, yummy, and easy!

Let me know how you go on that diet :)
 
Hey there WISHES and Q I am not doing the diet wishes I am using the soup for snacking and sides,I am eating my chicken,friuts egg beater (my breakfast in a bag lol) and my southbeach bars to.NO I didnt use ceyenne I used natures seasonings which has 15 seasonings in it and then black pepper parsley and bullion cubes. OK I am REPOSTING MY LIL PEYTONS PICS since I posted them at the end of page lol......I HATE THAT!!TY WISHES for the nice comments :)

Glad the soup is working for you and that's really smart to use it as a snack. Good way to get veggies in and you don't feel all deprived because you are still eating "regular" food. Glad to see the scale is going down already. It's amazing to see the results when you are doing what you know you need to do. It's like your body is waiting to respond to the good treatment. Hope your week is going well!!
 
Well its day 3 and I am feeling pretty good about this agin so I went ahead and took some B4 pictures I will post them here as well as start a thread in the b4 after section,boy oh boy I thought these jeans I made me look skinny lmao what was I thinking anyway by looking at photos both now and b4 will help me stay on track!!

Ok today I had for breakfast
my breakfast in a bag which is 3 serv egg beater(90 cal) fat free cheese (50 cals)4 thinly sliced candian bacon(60 cals)2 pieices whole wheat low cal toast(80 cals) TOTAL 280

LUNCH
I had a huge bowl of the calorie free veggie soup

SNACK
quaker oats snacky things w/1 tsp peanutbutter(180 cals)

DINNER
1 lean cusine chciken pattie lasagna thing (290 cals)
1 bowl of the no calorie soup
SNACK
apple(100 cal)
grapes(60 cals)

I am going to the gym so I will be back later with my exersices..

ok made it to the gym and I did 35 mins on treadmill burned 270 calories 1.9 MILES then hopped on bike did 20 minutes burned 115 calories did 4.5 miles ,I had it set to levle 9 out of 20 and also set on random hills so I was hoping I would of burned more calories anyway I am just happy I got my butt back in the gym lol this makes 2 days so far since starting back Monday. I had added 2 cans of progresso light /low sodium chicken noodle to my soup made it taste better and I have 2 weeks worth lol!!

TY Bmohearn I hate my hair it is str8 and does nothing lol.

Yay! Glad the gym went so well. Your before pics are really great and really for just having had a baby not too long ago you look good! I know you are anxious to get back down to your 150's pics and I know you will. Just take it one day at a time and don't burn yourself out!! You kick butt when your motivated though and I am sure you can get through the ups and downs.

Well another A+ day :hurray:.. I didnt really exersice tho today but the 50 situps I did because I had the MERIDIA 5YEAR BIRTH CONTROL inserted today and I was crampy which is normal so I skipped today.
I plan to go tomorrow tho during the day earylish for me like 11-12.

Ok heres what I chowed down on today lol

BREAKFAST
1 small bowl of "NEW" bannah nut cheerios w/2% milk (250 cals)

LUNCH
2 healthy made chicken soft tacos (2 50 cal low carb and cal shells)FF chedder cheese a sprinkle of pepper jack and FF sour cream(270 cals)

SNACK
bowl of Veggie soup (30 cals)I added some progresso to it

Dinner
1 piece skinless baked chicken breast(200 cals)1 plain baked potaoe with FF butter spray(120 cals)

Hey Stacey long time no see lol! I like the do well I saw the do on rebecca remain (i think thats her) and it looks cute,I had mine chopped 2 years ago for the first time and I paniced they took off 13 inches lol.

Howdy everyone,man o man I got this nasty yucky cold ,runny nose,sore throat,sneezing,cough BLAH, but I managed to drag my butt to the gym and do 35 mins on treadmill burned 250 cals then I came home and did 50 situps with my ab thingy!
