I heard someone say the other day that at their point in life they had no time for unhealthy relationships, so you don't have to keep any but try to let your anger pass, wait it out, before you act/write/say anything to them. What they did was completely inappropriate. Just keep lovin your kids like you do and all that stuff will hopefully fade away in their lives as they get older.
