sorry your inlaws are treating you like that. it is definitely not fair to your and definitely not to your kids. i hope they come to their senses and behave humanly.

Thank you everyone to clear a little up and make since of things me and hubby hit a rough spot last year in our marriage and he was to the point where he didnt care about me nor his family so I went out and I had a friend and one thing lead to another ,well we worked thru everything and there was a possibility peyton wasn't his but I was honest about it from the begininng and my friend said he couldnt have kids do to an soccer injury and he was latino anyway his sister ,mom, brother started saying bad things and even went as far as to tell her little girl who is 10 that the baby is not family and is not blood that was when I was pregnant they were so horrible about it even after me and hubby worked thru it and he excepted peyton either way,well they couoldnt ,for one I feel I did nothing to theses people it was mine and my hubbys marriatal problems anyway as you can see from the pictures he is definatley not latino well since the family doesnt know I had sex with a lation they still thinking the crap I refuse to tell them my personal buisness to satisfy them,besides PEYTON dont need that kind of negativity in his life I defniatley raise my kids way differently than them!!!

OK ON TO WEIGHT LOSS LOL!!!!

I lost 2 lbs this week and only made it to the gym 3 times do to hubbys schedule I did workout a little in my room one night when kids were calm,I had one night I had 1 and a 1/2 pop tarts I dunno I was craving it at the time but other than that I stuck with my meal plan! My goal is to hit gym atleast 4 times this week and to keep getting my breakfast in no matter how tired I am lol.

Still, you had a good excuse having a baby and all, and you are well on your way back. You know where you are going and what to do which is awesome. And your son is a little cutie!
Screw the in-laws, i made the choice not to have my father around when the kids were young for similar reasons, best move i ever made.
My oldest son is the only one who remembers him (hes 17 now and last saw him when he was about 3), the others have no clue, and its definatly been worth it.

Hi Tammy you are making awesome progress, wow, 9 pounds lost already, but good for you for going to the gym. If you're going four days that's really awesome. Thanks for stopping by my diary, it had been a while since I'd seen anyone there and I was beginning to wonder!

Do you eat peanut butter before bed if you need a little something? Its low carb, good fat, protein. That's what I"ve been having.

I heard someone say the other day that at their point in life they had no time for unhealthy relationships, so you don't have to keep any but try to let your anger pass, wait it out, before you act/write/say anything to them. What they did was completely inappropriate. Just keep lovin your kids like you do and all that stuff will hopefully fade away in their lives as they get older.
 
p.s I was really impressed with your results you posted in my diary from going from 175 to 154. Keep up the great work, you'll be back down in no time, you must feel better already.
 
Sheesh. Nice family. Peyton doesn't need that kind of negativity, no. And neither do you.

Congrats on losing another 2 lbs. You sure are working it off fast!
 
:piggy: Blah bad week everyone with stress and bad weather I was housebound and ATE not so healthy plus no gym do to well we had a major storm 1st night 3-5 inches(we got 5 lol) then the second part of the storm left a couple inches of ice then the back end of the storm left another 3-6 we had atleast 4 more so it was a MESS no school tues weds thurs and our school NEVER EVER closes lol my van was burried do to street plows and there was 1 -2 inches of ice on my WHOLE van it was horrible 600,000 people in KENTUCKY alone with no power thank god it wasnt us this time.Anyway I promise to get myself back together and back at the gym and eating healthy MONDAY when I can get to the store. I gained 2 lbs BLAH this is a real EYE OPENER for me cuz I know I can do it!! HUGGS ALL STAY SAFE AND WARM:biggrinjester:
 
UGh. The weather sounds aweful! Similar to what we had around Massachusetts. We have like 6 plus inches of snow all around, then we get torrential downpours, that melt the snow... but its FREEZING cold outside, so where the snow used to be just turns into a gigantic sheet of ice. And ugh... it sucked. Hope Today is better for ya. *hugs*

Wow we had another freaking snow storn they predicted 1-2 inches tops but leaning towards a light dusting but boy oh boy were they wrong we got 4-7 more inches ontop of the crap from last week and the thick layer of ice still coats the concrete lmao but get this 50 degrees by saturday ...
I will hit gym tomorrow regardless of the stupid weather.

Hey, good job on your weight loss thus far! Making yourself go to the gym in crappy weather is hard to do, at least I find it like that!

ANYWAY desperate here but I think I am going to give that "NO CALORIE SOUP" that me and wishes did a WHILE ago to maybe in hopes of getting me back on track..I need motivation willpower again plus the soup is very healthy and you can eat as much as you want whenever you want then after the 5-7 days(I cant remember) you drop some weight (thats the motivation part)and you really miss and appreciate the WEIGHTWATCHER meals the healthy foods you eat cuz soup for 5 days BLAH lol but I did it and it did help.

I think I have the baby blues and bad weather blues and thats why I can get going,that wedding I have to go to is right around the corner APRIL18 and I would really love to lose 40 lbs maybe squeeze into a 12/13 cute dress.:coolgleamA: ANY tips advice would be very greatful and helpful...hey this mama desperate :sifone:

Honestly though I think you need to cut yourself some slack your lil man is still very little:)

hehe i dunno about no calorie soup, but it sounds like the stuff dreams are made of :)
I do recall loosing a fair bit on that one - but mostly water weight that came back (9lb or so). And it was pretty darned disgusting after a couple of days.

Good luck on it though!

Like a "Cabbage Soup Diet" soup? Lots of "catabolic foods" and heavy spicing in the broth?

I kinda like those for snacking :D

Thats pretty much it, plus a diet of veges only for day 1, fruit only for day 2, veg and fruit for day 3 and other sillyness :)
 
well I made a gian pot of "THE SOUP" I had good results with it B4 well it gave me the boost and kickstart that I needed and I didnt gain anything back when I ate my healthy foods afterwards. I just think it does get you back into eating healthy again speciall me that dont eat veggies plus losing a few lbs helps ya feel motivated to keep losing more.Well I start it when I wake up I will post my starting weight and each day I will post my weight to show the daily loss with the soup.
 
Good luck with the soup! I remember that from before and it did work well for you. It's hard to get restarted after not eating healthy! I am having similar issues myself and though I can't go full throttle yet the struggles are still there. Just seemed easier before. I will be keeping my fingers crossed for you!! You certainly kick butt when you are on it:) Have a good week!
