Howdy everyone well a very nice day again,I think I am finally getting the hang of things for once lol! I went ahead and got my exersices over and done with around 4ish.

BREAKFAST

LUNCH
lean cuisine chicken club pinini w/ mustard(320 cals)
SNACK
nannah(100 cals)
DINNER
lemon pepper chicken breast(250 cals)mixed veggies(80 cals)8 cream cheese baked ritz chips(150 cals)\
SNACK
apple/w/peanutbutter
OK I had alot of food and just not all that hungry so missed my cals a lil.
EXERSICE streng workout 30 mins using 2-(5lb)dumbells and my exersice ball
stationary bike 6 miles and dancing 15 mins
OMG THE SCALE LOVES ME AGAIN BUT "MUM"IS THE WORD GOTTA WAIT UNTIL THE OFFICIAL DAY THURSDAY!
