Howdy everyone well a very nice day again,I think I am finally getting the hang of things for once lol! I went ahead and got my exersices over and done with around 4ish.

OK I had alot of food and just not all that hungry so missed my cals a lil.
EXERSICE streng workout 30 mins using 2-(5lb)dumbells and my exersice ball
stationary bike 6 miles and dancing 15 mins

I saw 175 once back in june and then before
that high school lol so to see 174 I would faint hahaha..

I think that we are about to see Tammy faint!

I would take the unofficial weighing and celebrate. It isnt every day we get to see a weight we havent seen since school. Enjoy today's achievement today!

LUNCH
2 chicken wraps (new shells 50 cals a piece and LOW in everything)faT free sour crean 2% chedder(270 cals)
SNACK
baked ritzs w/ reduced cream cheese(200 cals)
DINNER
2 SMALLLLLLLLLLL baked lemon pepper boneless porkchops(240 cals)mixed veggies(80 cals)
SNACK\
apple w/ peanutbutter(190 cals)
1 special K honey nut bar(90 cals)
1 cup of french vanilla sugar free coffee drink(30 cals)

I feel I can this time,I am further than I have ever been.
Ok I am so under the weather today,1st my son lastnight
puked on me literally a good 5-6 times,I finally said "F" it ans
we hopped in the bath then he threw up again,well today I
feel like puking BUT I managed not to so far,my tummy is making all
these crazynoises.So not sure whats on the menue today or what exersices
I do if I feel up to it.

yeah not so healthy but thats what my mood was in and I will deal with the aftermath I just was sick and thats what I wanted at the time lol.

:hug2:sry your not feeling well hun:hug2:When I was sick a cpl weeks ago it was with the flu all 3 of us at the same time:)Fun times I tell ya:)

Just slow down for now and worry about gettin better...exercise can wait:)

Well much better today!!I am not as sick just not very hungry
and still a lil sluggish,tired. I will try to do some exersicing later
not sure how much but I will do something,I did whind up having a bowl
od O Charlies potatoe soup lastnight,my cousin was going out to eat
there and I said what the heck bring me a bowl of tater soup back and
it did gr8 on my tummy but I am sure not gr8 on the scale lol we shall
see tomorrow..

Glad to see you are feeling better. What about the little one? He getting better too? It must be going around. My son just got over it and I think I am starting to come down with something :(
 
Ty , yeah my lil guy is feeling better he must have just had the overnight bug because he was better the next day then I felt like blah yesterday and much better today just kind of ran down.I didn't exersice today so thats 2 days in a row so I must buckle up and kick azz tomorrow and through the week/weekend!
I had a smal small brownie square but I had to try 1 and I made sure it was the smallest 1!
My cals were still around 1,200-1,300..Anyway a much healthier week ahead for me...I need to stay away from all the BAD CARBS!!OK nighters everyone Tammy
